EQUANS is looking for an Administrator to join our team in Location on a temporary basis (12 Months). This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

 

You will be an integral member of the sites Business Support team delivering all Office Services. You will support the delivery of a professional and efficient business support to the Site Service in line with the contractual requirements, Health & Safety, Training & KPI’s.

Reporting to the Business Support & Performance Manager, providing a wide range of business support for EQUANS service delivery within the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. 

What will you deliver? 

  • Provide progressive day- to day processing of PPM’s, Reactive Tasks & Follow-ons. 
  • Work co-operatively across multiple IT systems in support of our operational teams on site.
  • Operate as an integral member of the business support team, ensuring accurate information is produced to strict deadlines and highlighting corrective actions to the relevant operational team.
  • Co-ordinate with the Department Managers, Division staff and Equans Staff, delivering effective customer service, providing administrative support and to be an integral part of the team. 
  • Processing orders, invoices, receipting and billing & cash reconciliation to strict deadlines. 
  • Undertake reception duties which include Control of contractors via E- Permit system, distribution of visitors PPE & general reception duties.
  • As an effective member of the Business Support Team, you will be focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude with the flexibility and adaptability to work within the team in a changing business environment.

Who are we looking for? 

 

  • Previous experience within Administration.
  • Experience in Office Environment preferred.
  • Experience in Facilities Management environment would be an advantage.
  • Previous knowledge of (CAFM) systems.
  • Previous knowledge of Reception Duties.
  • Experience with Microsoft word and Excel Essential.

This role includes a Basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
