Equans is looking for a Grounds Caretaker to join our team working in University of West London, St Marys Road, W5 5RF. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,427.21 per annum and benefits package.
Shift times
Monday -Friday 7am-4pm
1 hour per day unpaid lunch
For this role you must undergo an Enhanced DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
What will you deliver?
To supervise and assist with the maintains of the grounds to a professional standard, by means of litter picking ,sweeping ,weed control, Lawn moing mowing and snow and ice removal.

Who are we looking for?
• Demonstrate experience of practical maintenance and DIY skills,
• Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced clearance is a prerequisite of the position. EQUANS will take up an enhanced DBS once an offer is made.
