Here’s what you can expect day-to-day:

• overseeing the installation of air source and ground source heat pumps, hot water cylinders, and all the essential components
• getting systems set up perfectly with hydraulic balancing and system testing—ensuring smooth operation from day one
• troubleshooting installation issues, making sure everything works safely and efficiently
• sharing your expertise with customers, walking them through their new systems and showing them how to get the best out of them
• ensuring every project is compliant with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines
• keeping track of every detail with thorough documentation of installations and any issues

Could this be you? You’ll thrive in this role with:

• relevant certifications in plumbing, heating, or heat pump technologies
• hands-on experience with HVAC systems, especially heat pumps
• a solid understanding of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
• your problem-solver skills, ready to tackle installation challenges and find quick solutions
• your ability to explain complex technical stuff to customers in a clear, simple way
• flexibility, open to working across Belgium for various projects
• fluency in French, and ideally in Dutch too
