Role Summary:
The Director of SLS Identity Management is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and management of identity and access management (IAM) services across the organization. This role ensures the security, efficiency, and compliance of identity management processes, supporting the organization’s overall IT and security strategies.
Key Missions :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute the IAM strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with SLSs and MBU leadership to integrate IAM initiatives with broader IT and business strategies.
Operational Management :
- Oversee daily operations of the IAM team, ensuring efficient and secure identity management processes.
- Manage the lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to identity management.
- Manage Tier0 administration for the whole organization
Technology and Innovation :
- Evaluate and implement new IAM technologies and tools to enhance security and user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IAM processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in identity management.
Risk Management and Compliance :
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with identity and access management.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Protect our key assets related to IAM in order to be resilient
Team Leadership and Development :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IAM team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Manage team performance, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
Ideal Profile:
- Extensive experience in identity and access management, including hands-on experience with IAM technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, CyberArk).
- Development of Technical Strategies : the ability to lead the creation and organization of IAM on a group level
- Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication methods, and identity governance.
- Proficiency in IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Entra, Azure AD, SAVYINT).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, NIS2).

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, aligning IAM initiatives with organizational goals.
