Equans is looking for a Premises Officer to join our team in COLAT, Enfield Lower site – 50 London Road, Enfield, London, EN2 6EL, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30,000 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday 0630 – 1530 flexible to work evenings where required. 1 hr unpaid break 

Please note an enhanced DBS is required for this position. 

What will you deliver as a Premises officer.

To provide a focal point for the resolution of facilities requests reported either onsite or through the dedicated facilities management helpdesk. To ensure the satisfactory completion of any assigned tasks including installations, repairs, planned maintenance tasks and also general premises checks.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
  • Good reading and writing skills
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Basic computer literacy would be desirable or willingness to train as required
  • Basic Plumbing & Maintenance
