Equans is looking for an Administration Assistant (part-time) to join our team based at Worcester Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week from 09:30 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
The Administration Assistant carries out the role according to onsite processes and procedures. The position ensures that EQUANS are able to meet contractual obligations whilst simultaneously providing an excellent service to our customers.
The Administration Assistant makes up part of the Administration Team which contributes to the effective and operation of the Administration Service that is conducive for the delivery of healthcare.
What will you deliver?
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager onsite to include diary management, setting up meetings, etc
- Provide administration support to EQUANS FM Management Team as and when required. Duties will include circulating documentation, photocopying, typing of correspondence/reports, updating databases, etc
- Liaise with other site personnel and also client representatives including Trust wards and departments, other service providers, suppliers, contractors etc as appropriate
- Provide administration support to other members of the admin team, during absence including Helpdesk
- Assist with raising of invoices
- Assist with financial targets, ie POEM, GRIR etc
- Assist with the production of Monthly Client Report
- Attend training including the provision of courses as required by the company
- Carry out other reasonable duties within capability.

This role includes a DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
