Summary

We are looking for an organized, analytical administrative coordinator, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle office duties and admin-related operations. In this role, you will field interdepartmental communications, perform office tasks, respond to all other communications, and oversee all administrative tasks for the project team. To ensure success as an administrative coordinator, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties and be a skilled administrative office practitioner. Top-notch administrative coordinators are courteous, proactive, and well-organized professionals who bring creative solutions to administrative problems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operations and maintenance work on the Streetlight network.
  • Receive, and manage phone calls and correspondences.
  • Respond to all requests in a courteous and professional manner in accordance with protocols and procedures.
  • Support and assist administratively the team.
  • Provides support to contract management in the project including keeping sub-contractor contracts compliant and up to date.
  • Prepare files and data required for performance monitoring.
  • Keeps up to date the document library and relevant records.
  • Provides administrative support to the assignment and completion of work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Organize and fill requests for purchasing on behalf of the team and handle the receipt of goods, service records and invoices using the online platform.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Is authorized to work in the US; 
  • Is qualified to pass a background check;
  • College degree in Administration or equivalent work experience;
  • Experienced in the use of all tools in the MS Office suite;
  • Well developed customer service skills;
  • Dynamic team spirit;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Enthusiasm, good judgment, strong work ethic, and courtesy;
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel;
  • Demonstrates good judgement, and strong work ethic.
