IGA Analyst​ (F/M)

Summary of the role

As an IGA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and securing over 95,000 identities and 2,300 applications across a global enterprise. You’ll support the full identity lifecycle: Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), and ensure access rights are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving access-related challenges, and contributing to a secure and efficient identity governance environment.

  • Responsible for supporting the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, focusing on the management of identities, roles, and lifecycle activities within the organization.​
  • Perform access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and lifecycle management activities for user accounts in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.​
  • Work closely with other teams to support onboarding, offboarding, and the recertification of user access, ensuring timely and accurate management of user identities and roles.​
  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IGA solution, ensuring effective governance across all identity management processes.​

  • Ensure 100% completion of access recertification campaigns within deadlines
  • Reduce access-related incidents by 30% through proactive entitlement reviews

  • Deliver monthly reports on access governance and audit readiness
  • Support full deployment of JML workflows across all business units

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identity Lifecycle Support: Provision and de-provision users according to policies and roles.​
  • Access Certifications: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure user access aligns with roles.​
  • Role Management: Define roles and entitlements based on business needs and security.​
  • Risk & SOD Analysis: Perform role mining and segregation of duties analysis to identify risks.​
  • Collaboration: Work with application owners and security teams to ensure compliance.​
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Support secure and timely user access provisioning/de-provisioning.​
  • Entitlement Reviews: Ensure users have necessary access and adjust roles as needed.​
  • Reporting & Dashboard: Generate reports on user access and compliance, and recommend improvements.​
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing access evidence and documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of IGA processes and tools.

PROFILE

Academic background & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or a related role, with hands-on experience in access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and lifecycle management.​
  • Experience with role mining and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.​
  • Knowledge of security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.​

  • Experience with access certifications and recertification processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.​
  • Knowledge of role mining, entitlement reviews, and segregation of duties (SoD) concepts.​
  • Basic PowerShell scripting skills for automating IGA-related tasks.​
