Equans is looking for a Senior Customer Liaison Officer to join our team either in Nottingham or Birmingham on a permanent basis. Please note there will be travel involved to our other sites.

The Senior Customer Liaison Officer will join our team within the OU4 Business Unit on a permanent basis, to coach and develop a team of CLOs, ensuring delivery of the highest standards of service whilst maximising individual/team potential.

Regularly reporting into the Impact Manager key information about resident satisfaction and audit results.

What will you deliver?

  • To demonstrate a caring and considerate attitude to residents during major works, ensuring the CLOs follow business procedures and deliver a first-class customer service experience to customers and clients
  • Implement and monitor processes and procedures in line with the company and client requirements
  • To assist and guide the CLOs in working with the Social Value team in positively impacting on the local communities both during the life of the project but also by helping to leave behind a sustainable legacy when the project ends
  • To effectively manage all aspects of holiday and sickness for the team of CLOs
  • To effectively work with all stakeholders enabling a good understanding of the scope of works and ensuring the appropriate resource is in place
  • Work with the Regional management teams when recruiting for CLOs

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within a customer service based role
  • Previous management experience
  • Previous resident liaison experience within the construction / social housing sector (Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of construction and social housing
  • Familiarisation of GDPR regulations
  • Computer literate in MS office
  • Experience of investigating and resolving claims/complaints
