What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a skilled maintenance team, fostering development and high performance.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance of complex electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
• Operate within a GMP pharmaceutical facility, ensuring compliance and safety at every step.
• Develop maintenance strategies that maximise reliability and minimise downtime.
• Serve as the key liaison with the client, ensuring excellent service and open communication.
• Enforce and promote rigorous safety and compliance standards.
• Tackle diverse challenges daily with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to building a positive, energetic team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in facilities engineering or maintenance leadership roles, within GMP-regulated industries.
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and utility systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in operational environments.
• Relevant tertiary engineering degree or trade qualification (electrical preferred).
• Experience with CMMS/Maximo or similar facility management software.
• Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Full Australian work rights and ability to pass a National Police Check.
