What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a skilled maintenance team, fostering development and high performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance of complex electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
- Operate within a GMP pharmaceutical facility, ensuring compliance and safety at every step.
- Develop maintenance strategies that maximise reliability and minimise downtime.
- Serve as the key liaison with the client, ensuring excellent service and open communication.
- Enforce and promote rigorous safety and compliance standards.
- Tackle diverse challenges daily with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to building a positive, energetic team culture.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in facilities engineering or maintenance leadership roles, within GMP-regulated industries.
- Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and utility systems.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in operational environments.
- Relevant tertiary engineering degree or trade qualification (electrical preferred).
- Experience with CMMS/Maximo or similar facility management software.
- Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Full Australian work rights and ability to pass a National Police Check.
