Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist from a corporate background to join our facilities team at Roche Diagnostics in Burgess Hill. This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- To undertake Reception duties, which include but not limited to welcoming of visitors, answering the main switchboard, liaison with security services, assisting the building users and general public, issuing of visitor passes and ensuring confidentiality processes and procedures are upheld.
- Manage the telephone switchboard, making sure calls are answered in a timely and courteous manner and passed to the correct department.
- Provide support for client’s internal events and customer training, i.e. Transportation, Welcome desk, baggage storage.

- Provide support for the Facilities Team
- Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid break
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience of working in a reception role essential
- Highly organised with exceptional planning and time management skills
- Comfortable with making decisions and strong communicator at all levels
- Excellent administration, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, reliable and motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Computer literate and numerate with experience of using a CAFM system essential, Maximo knowledge desirable
