Small Works Manager

Equans is looking for a Small Works Manager to join our team in Westminster, London. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Manage a variety of small works project requests from the in-house helpdesk, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Act as the main contact for mechanical and electrical building services projects, ideally with heritage buildings experience.
• Support the onsite lifecycle and projects team; maintain effective communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, to specification, and in compliance with CDM 2015 and BSA 2022.

Who are you?

• Must have strong technical facilities management experience, including mechanical and electrical small works.
• Confident communicator able to liaise with clients, subcontractors, the helpdesk, and project teams.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload effectively.
• Experienced in safe working practices, with excellent understanding of CDM 2015 and BSA 2022.
• Experience with PFI contracts and heritage buildings preferred.
• Flexible and able to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with business-driven flexibility.
