Les Frigoristes MCI sont en complète autonomie pour travailler chez leurs clients qui leur sont attribués. Ils peuvent s’appuyer sur les équipes support pour se concentrer sur leur intervention technique :
- Le coordination qui réalise l’interface client pour la planification,
- Le monitoring de Nuit qui réduit de 60% le nombre de sortie d’astreinte,
- Des experts métiers disponible pour les accompagner dans leur problématique technique.

The Operational Excellence Department of Equans is looking for:
EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)
Position based at Courbevoie (92), France
Reporting to the Project Oversight Director, your mission will consist of actively providing support to operational teams of projects in difficulty and developing the skills of project teams of the Group's entities.
As a true "Project Booster" of the Operational Excellence Department, you will be able to meet the challenges of performance in the execution of major projects while respecting the objectives in terms of cost, time, quality, sustainability and health and safety.
In this context, your 3 main missions will be:
- Provide operational support for projects in difficulty in France and internationally:
- Acting directly in support of project management teams by adopting a Servant leadership posture, establishing and driving a precise recovery plan with the operational teams.
- Ensure proper contractual control and compliance with the group's project management fundamentals.
- Carry out a strong cost control process to provide a accurate forecast for the project financial performance.
- Monitor project performance through regular reporting, detailed project reviews with project managers and field visits.

3. Preparation of project reviews
- Actively participate in the preparation of commitment committees, support project teams prior to these committees to ensure that all risks have been identified and that appropriate measures have been taken into account, then ensure that the bids submitted comply with the conditions defined during the committees.
With an higher education degree, you have a professional career of at least 15 years in the management of large turnkey projects (> 20 M€) within international organizations. Recognized for your ability to analyze complex situations, organizational skills, your rigor and your ability to take a step back, you demonstrate listening skills, leadership, and conviction in a non-hierarchical posture. You are a good communicator and have good writing and pedagogical skills.
Strong experience in one of Equans' areas of expertise (HVAC/Cooling/Facility Management/Digital & ICT/Electrical/Mechanical & Robotics) is necessary.
Your cross-functional, cross-cultural, and interpersonal organizational skills strengthen your ability to fulfill these 3 strategic missions for EQUANS.
Fluent and professional English is essential and another language is a plus.

To carry out Installation & maintenance routines unsupervised, diagnose and repair faults on electrical building services, electrical switch gear, domestic and industrial installations and PAT testing.
Technical Competence:

- Carry out safe isolation in accordance with industry standards and company processes and where necessary documenting it
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems, equipment, and accessories, ensuring compliance with the electricity at work regulations 1989 (EAWR), BS 7671 the wiring regulations (latest edition), and the relevant guidance notes
- Inspection and testing of fixed wiring systems in accordance with BS 7671, guidance notes three and company & client processes
- Inspection and testing of In-service electrical equipment
- Design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection and fire alarm systems in domestic premises to BS5839-6 (Latest edition
- Finding, repairing or rectifying faults on fixed wiring systems using a multifunction tester and other relevant equipment
- Providing high-quality customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally

Who are we looking for?
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification
- AM2
- Or qualifications that predate the above, however, you must be able to obtain an ECS gold card with the qualifications you hold
- Level 3 Award in the requirements of electrical installations BS 7671 (latest edition)
- Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair within the construction industry
- Full UK Driving licence

Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Leeds, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company van and benefits package.
Main Purpose of the Role
The Multi-Skilled Operative is responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on homes and properties. This role operates in a multi-skilled environment, delivering high standards of customer care and satisfaction. The operative ensures that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, often in a single visit.
What will you deliver?
- Execute all types of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks in a multi-skilled capacity.
- Complete repairs and maintenance across various trade disciplines where competent.
- Attend and complete repair appointments punctually and within target times, aiming for first-time resolution.
- Ensure the safe use and condition of company tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose necessary remedial work, organise appointments, and arrange required materials as needed.
- Minimise disruption to customers' homes, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness during and after tasks.
- Participate in the company's out-of-hours emergency repair and maintenance rota as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in line with client specifications and requirements.
