We are looking for a Modern management Expert to join our SLS Digital Workplace team.
As part of EQUANS’ journey to become an autonomous organization, we are building a new IT Operating model, in which we work as a global organization to deliver some of our core IT components. As a group we have defined a number of Shared Line of Services (SLS) which deliver services globally across all business units (24/7). The SLS Digital Workplace (DWP) encompasses the functions of tooling, identity and access management, workplace architecture, workplace services, Microsoft 365, and user adoption.
As our Modern Management expert, you will:
- act as SPOC towards the outsourced End User Devices service delivery partner
- be accountable for device lifecycle management
- ensure endpoints are compliant with the latest security policies
- propose continuous improvements & innovation initiatives
- provide regular insights on endpoint performance, compliance and experience
- define and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for endpoint management
Your main activities:
- Manage consistent and secure OS deployment through Intune Autopilot
- Ensure endpoint compliance with security policies, standards, and configurations.
- Provide Level 4 support for endpoint-related issues and act as the internal expert for complex incidents.
- Drive proactive problem management, analyzing trends to identify and resolve root causes before they impact users.
- Engage in user experience monitoring and improvement initiatives, ensuring devices support modern ways of working.
- Discuss with the outsourced partner on changes, service requests, and support
- Collaborate with the Application Packaging Team to ensure seamless deployment of applications via Intune
- Stay up to date with new features in Microsoft 365, Windows, and modern workplace technologies.
- Contribute to the evolution of workplace services, including endpoint virtualization and AI-enhanced support solutions.
- Participate in global projects to evolve the Digital Workplace strategy, including device standardization, enhanced automation, and self-service solutions.
Your profile:
- You have at least 3 years relevant experience
- PC and Mobile deployment using a variety of tools (Intune Autopilot)
- Application packaging and deployment
- Working in an international context
- You are an expert on M365 tools and Windows OS
- You are fluent in English. French and Dutch are a plus
- You are hands-on, autonomous, result oriented and open-minded
- You are immediately available to start full time
- You are open for travelling to other regions (worldwide, but frequently to Belgium & France head office)
