Job Summary

We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading Regional Airport facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance of facility equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance within the industrial or building maintenance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems;
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become critical;
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes;
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work;
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies;
  • Respond promptly to building emergencies and resolve issues efficiently;
  • Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices;
  • Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and improvements.

Regulatory Compliance :

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Department of Homeland Security, Airport standards and facility regulations;
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with Equans requirements;
  • Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Safety and Quality Assurance:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Identify and report safety hazards and work with the team to implement corrective actions;
  • Ensure maintenance work is performed to the highest quality standards to maintain equipment reliability and performance.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the US;
  • Qualified to pass a background check and security screening;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance within the industrial or building maintenance industry;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds;
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights;
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS);

Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Leicester Crown and County Court, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12.40 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday 16:30 - 18:30 

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

What will you deliver?

Transformation & HR Process Mapping

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems and process mapping across the SuccessFactors suite.
  • Lead the capture, analysis, and documentation of HR business processes, ensuring alignment with BPMN standards.
  • Map as-is and to-be HR processes, ensuring they support the new SuccessFactors design and integrated landscape.
  • Analyse and document data flows, upstream/downstream dependencies, and process impacts across HR modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning).

Business Analysis and As is Discovery

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions to gather business needs and validate HR processes.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including o Requirements specifications
  • Process maps (BPMN)
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Functional and non-functional requirements

Target Operating Model & To-Be Design

  • Support the definition and development of the HR Target Operating Model aligned to the SuccessFactors Transformation Programme.
  • Translate business strategy and HR requirements into future-state (to-be) processes, data flows, and organisational designs.
  • Ensure to-be processes reflect optimal use of SuccessFactors standard capabilities and integrate effectively with the wider HR and business ecosystem.
  • Work with HR, IT, and programme leadership to validate the future-state HR service delivery model, spanning processes, systems, roles, and governance.
  • Identify gaps between the current state and target operating model, and help define the activities required to transition to the new HR landscape.
  • Own operating model documentation, including process maps, RACI models, service catalogues, integration designs, and change impacts.

  • Facilitation and elicitation skills: able to manage stakeholders at all levels in meetings/workshops, accurately record agreed outcomes, and ensure follow-up activity is tracked and completed.

  • Familiarity with integration tools, middleware, and data migration concepts (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) is desirable.

EQUANS are recruiting for a Commercial Assistant to be based in Holbeck, Leeds. The role is working 42.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

Equans has recently secured a five year partnership and this role is to proactively support the commercial team on the successful management and control all aspects of the commercial / financial and contractual elements of the project in order to control and recover all commercial entitlements. Key Accountabilities

·       To assist the QS with commercial administration and management on a number of live projects.

·       Sub-contract procurement and commercial management

·       Management and control of sub-contract accounts and variation accounts

·       Preparation of documentation and the like for valuation, procurement or commercial administration

·       To support the QS in the management the day to day cost control, monitoring and reporting

·       Develop an understanding of the designated contract, specification and pricing ensuring compliance with conditions throughout

·       Manage and control accrued income levels through regular invoicing within agreed timescales

·       Logical and auditable collation of supporting financial documentation

·       Ensure the company is neither compromise nor disadvantaged by an contractual or financial arrangement

·       Manage the costs on a project to ensure both the company and the client is fully advised of the cost situation

Project Co-ordinator

Equans is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team working on our HMRC PFI contract in Westminster. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday on site with a one hour unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:  A role has become available on a prestigious government facilities management PFI contract for a Projects Co-Ordinator. The role is reporting into the Senior Project Manager, providing support to the projects team. The successful candidate will be required to have proven previous experience of administration, preferably with experience in a facilities management, or projects environment.
