Multi skilled Joiner

EQUANS is looking for a Joiner to join our team, working in partnership with Anchor Housing on their repairs and maintenance contract on a permanent basis across Hull and the East Coast.

This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

To ensure the Repairs Team is developed as a flagship service that is great, consistent and modern.

You will be required to demonstrate relevant trade skills and knowledge through the provision of a high-quality service achieving recognized industry and EQUANS standards.

To deliver a first class, effective, customer orientated service to internal and external stakeholders whilst maximizing high standards of health and safety, performance and value for money. All aspects of the role will be undertaken using a multi skilled approach to complement our right first- time ethos

What will you deliver?

• Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company.
• Compliance with specification.
• Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
• To use appropriate safety equipment
• To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
• Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous Joinery experience and qualifications
• Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
• Understanding of local government
• Experience of Partnership arrangements
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
