Subcontractor Coordinator

EQUANS is looking for a Subcontractor Coordinator to join our team based at Dungeness Nuclear Power Station on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

What will you deliver? 

• Collate and coordinate 3rd party companies currently used on site to carry out a variety of tasks supporting the station facilities. 
• Dealing with companies to ensure all required paperwork is in place and meets station requirements, prior to them attending site. Provide field supervision to these contractors when on site. 
• Conduct in-field task observations across all Equans subcontractors to ensure compliance with site and company process and policy.
• Provide field supervision to support with annual leave and sickness.

Who are we looking for? 

• Experience with a record of delivery.
• Communicate across all levels working within performance management systems.
• Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in introducing new ideas and approaches.
• Sound understanding of H&S, environment and QA procedures.
• IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and other information management systems.
• An Understanding of facilities management.
• Complete Annual Audit of contractor performance.

This role includes a Basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
