We are looking for a Modern Management Product Owner to join our SLS Digital Workplace team.
As part of EQUANS’ journey to become an autonomous organization, we are building a new IT Operating model, in which we work as a global organization to deliver some of our core IT components. As a group we have defined a number of Shared Line of Services (SLS) which deliver services globally across all business units (24/7). The SLS Digital Workplace (DWP) encompasses the functions of tooling, identity and access management, workplace architecture, workplace services, Microsoft 365, and user adoption.
As our Modern Management Product Owner, you will:
- play a strategic and operational role in defining, and ensuring the successful delivery of the global Equans Modern Workplace service.
- ensure that endpoints (PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones), collaboration tools, user experiences, and digital workplace services align with business needs, employee expectations, and EQUANS’ global strategy.
- act as the primary bridge between the business, IT operations, and technology partners, driving the vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the Modern Workplace service offering — known internally as NEO.
- work closely with internal teams, service delivery managers, technical experts and third-party partners.
Your main activities:
- Define the vision and strategy for the NEO Modern Workplace offering.
- Collaborate with business units to understand business requirements, and ways of working.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including innovations in modern device management, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), and automation.
- Own and manage the product roadmap
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business value, user feedback, and technology evolution.
- Maintain a product backlog in collaboration with technical teams (packaging, Intune/SCCM experts) and service delivery managers.
- Collaborate with workplace architects, service delivery managers, and cybersecurity teams to design secure, user-friendly, and cost-effective services.
- Drive initiatives to simplify and automate service processes.
- Organize and lead product governance forums, ensuring alignment between IT, business, and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (including outsourced partners) to ensure timely delivery of new features, updates, and service improvements.
- Support the deployment of global changes, new capabilities (Windows 365, AVD, etc.), and technology refresh cycles.
- Ensure changes follow proper change management processes and minimize user disruption.
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years relevant experience in Modern Management and working in an international context
- You are fluent in English.
- You are open for travelling to other regions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate user feedback and data insights into actionable product improvements.
