Stock Controller
Equans are recruiting for a Stock Controller to be based onsite in Andover, SP10 3LF. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £31,440 and excellent benefits package.
The role holder will have responsibility for managing stock-related operations across both the Andover and Sizewell ERC sites, ensuring adherence to contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining stringent standards of equipment compliance and maintenance.
The position requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive forecasting, and the development of robust stock control systems to optimise efficiency and safety across both locations.
What will you deliver?
- Overseeing the tracking of stock movements at both the Andover and Sizewell ERC sites, meticulously accounting for all inbound and outbound transactions.
- Ensuring that all stock activities align with the contractual KPIs established for both sites.
- Implementing and refining comprehensive systems for stock control, incorporating electronic and paper-based methods to maintain accurate records across both locations
- Maintaining equipment at both sites to the highest standards of compliance and operational readiness.
- Continuously enhancing stock control systems to optimise efficiency and accuracy across both sites
- Introducing and refining electronic and manual stock tracking systems to facilitate seamless operations at both the Andover and Sizewell ERC sites.
- Ensuring the timely addition of new assets to the inventory and maintaining comprehensive records of asset condition and compliance.
- Receiving deliveries promptly at both sites and distributing paperwork to the appropriate departments.
- Ensuring safe and efficient movements within the depots, including equipment reallocation and material handling.
- Being available for emergency deployments and stock control duties at staging post locations as required by TLMP procedures.

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in warehouse management and systems.
- Experience in internal and external audit using both barcode and manual accounting systems.
- Credible experience in a previous stock control role with a sound understanding of stock control methods and best practice.
- Must be a logical thinker able to analyse information and solve problems.
- Methodical and detailed approach to data accuracy is essential.
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- The role holder must have the ability to stay calm under pressure and during an emergency.
- General IT skills to enable the use of stock control databases/spreadsheets including the use of Excel.
- Due to the nature of the equipment must be Health and Safety conscious and previous experience of working in a large plant environment is advantageous.
- Desirable is 16 tonne FLT licence & HGV Class 2.
- Driving Licence is essential

Contract Administrator
EQUANS is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team based in Speke on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
To provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Manager, Senior Management Team, and other members of the Operations Team.
What will you deliver?

- Assist departments in the administration of information required for SLA/KPI’s and monthly reports.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of personal files.
- Support Helpdesk team when necessary.
- Planning / co-ordination of meetings on and off site.
- Provide services to the FM Operations Team for meetings / committees and terms of agenda, preparation, minute taking and any follow-up action required.
- Produce routine reports/presentations/statistical data for the Facilities Manager / Senior Management Team to assist with the effective management of the contract.
- Act as an initial point of contact for callers and visitors.
- Establish and maintain effective paper and computer filing systems.

- Carry out other duties requested by the Facilities Manager/Senior Management Team in order to maintain the effectiveness of the FM Operations Team.
- Plan, arrange management and produce documentation for company vehicles and business users.
- Control min/max technical stock including reordering and controlling deliveries.
- Carry out purchase ordering and receipting using Maximo/COUPA.
- Assist with management of office housekeeping.

Mechanical Technical Services Manager
Equans is looking for a Mechanical Technical Services Manager to join our team at Worcester Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the post holder will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the maintenance services in accordance with the requirements of the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Concession Agreement at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
Responsible for the effective management of Assistant Technical Services Managers and trade staff ensuring all maintenance activities comply with the statutory, NHS, Trust and Company guidelines.

- Manage and co-ordinate directly employed labour and sub-contractors in reacting to breakdowns and implementing the Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems

- Review and develop the quality of service at an operational level and Control expenditure as delegated by the Contract Manager

- Positively manage relationships with stakeholders and Trust representatives to enhance perception of service provision
- Prepare estimates for new works & lead support as required for projects
- Responsible for specific elements of budgetary control and give additional support with financial controls with reference to departmental budgetary control, stock, contracts etc
- Responsible for bringing to the attention of all Senior Management any unsafe working conditions, working practices, unsafe plant or equipment encountered during the execution of duties including reporting on the company AIMS system
- Responsible for the execution of any other estates and facilities related duties in an emergency/urgent situation, as directed by the Senior Management Team
- Participate as a member of the Estates Team by achieving Authorised Person (AP) status in a number of disciplines as required and directed by Senior Management Team
- Responsible for participating in the ‘on call’ rota as and when required, after suitable training and relevant experience is gained as directed by Senior Management
- Responsible for supervision and participating in a ‘recall to work’ procedure for emergency repairs as required when not on call

Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené à :
- Réaliser des soudures BW/FW en 141, 111 ou 135/136 conformément à la documentation technique (DMOS, plan, …) pour des assemblages composés essentiellement :
- De tôle d’épaisseur comprise entre 3 à 50mm
- De tube de diamètre compris entre DN8 et DN300
- De nuances acier carbone type P355, acier inoxydable type 316L, acier faiblement/fortement allié type P11/P22/P92
- Garantir la traçabilité des soudures réalisées (enregistrement des paramètres soudage type numéro de coulée, numéro de DMOS, …)
- Travailler en respectant les règles de santé, de sécurité au travail et de l’environnement en vigueur dans l’entreprise et sur sites clients.
Votre profil :
Vous avez une expérience soudage sur chantier de 5 ans minimum, dont de 2 ans minimum à l’international, dans des secteurs de la pétrochimie, de l’énergie, de la naval ou du nucléaire.
Vous savez justifier de la bonne mise en œuvre des procédés de soudage 111 / 141 dans les deux dernières années sur chantier. La possession de qualification en cours de validité est un plus. Une formation ou une expérience de tuyauteur est également un plus.
Vous maitrisez l’utilisation des principaux matériels de soudage (poste à souder manuel et semi-automatique, torche à souder refroidie, …) et des équipements de protection individuels (Cagoule ventilée, verre de protection oculaire et leur niveau de filtration, …). La connaissance du TIG orbital est un plus.
Grâce à vos formations ou votre expérience professionnelle, vous avez acquis une base solide de connaissance sur les techniques de soudage usuelles mises en œuvre sur chantier, leurs limites d’utilisation et les défauts de soudage afférents.
Vous savez lire et interpréter la documentation technique (DMOS, plan, isométrique) pour l’appliquer au quotidien.
Un niveau correct en anglais est un plus.
Vous êtes consciencieux et aimez le travail en équipe.

EQUANS Chile (EQCL), se encuentra en búsqueda del cargo de SUPERVISORA/OR DE TENDIDO DE LINEA, dentro de sus principales funciones se encuentra, supervisar y dirigir equipos de trabajo basado en su experiencia y conocimiento en tendido de conductores de obras de transmisión eléctrica de alta tensión, manteniendo la organización de los recursos y asignación de las tareas a los distintos miembros del equipo para las actividades que se presenten en la obra.
