Mobile Response Officer

EQUANS is recruiting for a Mobile Response Officer covering various location of the London Area including SE1 7EU, This is a permanent full time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £29,175.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 

4 on 4 off shift pattern, 07.00-19.00

Overview:

To provide mobile security services, including patrolling, incident response, key holding, and covering sites when required The role includes responding to call-outs, transporting items or individuals, and supporting the operations of the Security Solutions Team The officer is expected to be available for tasks assigned by the line manager, including travel between company contracts to ensure professional and timely service delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• You will be required to pass through a range of referencing and vetting checks.
• You must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years with a 5-year work history unless you have been in education.
• A background, qualification, or interest in the delivery of site security and/or customer service will be an advantage.
• Successful candidates must meet the security requirements before they can be appointed. 
• Possess a valid SIA License.
• Possess a full UK driving licence

Who are we looking for?

Essential 1: Full Clean Driving Licence
Essential 2: Experience working in a customer-focused environment
Essential 3: Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
Essential 4: Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to
write clear and concise reports
Essential 5: Security clearance for government contracts (DBS check)
Essential 6: SIA Door Supervision Licence or SIA Security Guard License
Essential 7: Experience with two-way radios and security communication
tools
Essential 8: SIA License
Desirable 1: Previous experience in mobile patrol or response security roles
Desirable 2: First Aid Trained, Fire Safety Trained, Bomb Threat Awareness
Desirable 3: Previous experience working is security or in high-security
environments
Desirable 5: Physical fitness appropriate for mobile patrol duties
