Equans is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Motherwell on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday 08:00 – 13:30. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
The role holder will work at a busy reception desk. They will be responsible for sign posting members of staff, public and visitors to relevant services and businesses within the building. They will be responsible for recording and reporting repairs, orders and telephone enquiries, security, keeping both electronic/paper diaries and reporting directly to the property manager.
What will you deliver?
- Manages all enquiries from the public, who enter the property.
- Deal with meeting room bookings for both parties and the public
- Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with security protocols
- Coordinate room bookings and meetings effectively
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as and when required

Who are we looking for?
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Detail oriented and efficient in managing appointments, schedules and records
- Able to focus on making visitors and staff feel welcomed and valued
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite is imperative.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- The ability to organise, file and report competently.
- Provide customer service to the highest standard
- Work actively as part of a team
- Flexible in their approach to working across the portfolio, as part of a larger team.
- The ability to work with minimum direct supervision.
