Strategy & Sustainability Graduate Program

Einleitung

Would you like to actively contribute to the energy transition and the future development of Equans Switzerland? In our Strategy, Sustainability & Quality Graduate Program, you will work closely with different business functions and gain hands-on experience in strategic development, sustainability, business transformation and quality management.

Throughout the three-year program, you will take on real responsibility, contribute to cross-functional projects and gain exposure to senior management. Your rotations can be shaped according to business needs and your interests, preparing you for a future managerial position within Equans Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Strategy – Contribute to the development of corporate and business unit strategies, market analysis and business intelligence initiatives.
• Sustainability – Support the implementation of our sustainability roadmap and help track progress towards key sustainability objectives.
• Business Performance – Support business transformation, process improvement and change management initiatives across different functions and business units. 
• Quality & Governance – Contribute to internal audits, compliance activities and the continuous improvement of processes and controls.

Profil

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data or another relevant field (finishing within 6 months)
• A hands-on, get things done mindset
• AI tools are your daily companion – and you’re excited to take it a step further by shaping how others use them too
• You’ve had roles or internships in Strategy, M&A/Corporate Finance, Sustainability/Carbon Accounting, or AI & Data
• You enjoy working with others and bring good energy to the team
• You genuinely care about the energy transition and long-term sustainability
• Bonus skill: You know your way around code (Python, SQL or similar)
