EQUANS is looking for an Admin Coordinator to join our team based in Stoke-on-Trent on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £23,800 – £24,500, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package. 

 

Equans is one of the leading Facilities Management service providers, delivering a full range of property management services to the public and private sector.

Equans provides Facilities Management Services to the His Majesty’s Court and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) across mainland Britain. Working across the country, the role of Admin Support will play a key part in facilitating the delivery of services, supporting the management function, and bringing about lasting improvements to service delivery.

Reporting into the Senior Admin Lead. There are several area’s which require focus broken down into the following categories with more detail listed below. 

      • Financial.
      • People.
      • Performance.
      • Support.

You will work closely with the team but be expected to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative. A strong eye for detail will be required and the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time. 

What will you deliver? 

  • Management of WIP through to invoicing client.
  • Support regional teams in debt review.
  • BER/EN pick up.
  • Receipting/PO Queries, Invoicing.
  • Sickness Recording/RTW support.
  • Training Support.
  • BPSS.
  • Objective Setting Data.
  • Agency Support.
  • Backlog management.
  • Event Support, Roadshows/Engagement Surveys.
  • Quality of Work Mgmt.
  • Productivity Support.
  • Sub-Contractor CTC.
  • AIMS Support.
  • Fleet/Fuel.
  • Complaints Process.
  • Region Specific Support.

Who are we looking for? 

 

  • Previous experience within Administration.
  • Able to manage workload efficiently.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office packages.
