Equans is looking for multiple Bank Patient Services Cleaning Team Leaders  to join our team in Queen Alexandra Hospital, PO6 3LY on a permanent basis. This is a zero hour contract with an hourly salary of £13.94  and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 

Hours of work include:6:00- 14:00, 12:00 -20:00 and 15:00- 23:00. .
This will involve working some shifts at weekends.

General Overview:

The Team Leader will be responsible to the Facilities Management Team for the cleanliness of the hospital and the supervision of Ward Housekeepers and Patient Service Assistants.

Who are we looking for?

  • Ability to work as part of a team (Essential)
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Essential) 
  • Basic Health and Safety Certificate (Desirable)
  • Supervisory management qualification (Desirable)
  • Good general level of education 
  • Experience of performance management of employees including appraisals
  • Experience of working within Hotel & Catering industry and/or Facilities Management sector (Desirable)
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
