Chef Manager

Equans is looking for a Chef Manager to join our team in EDF Dungeness TN299PX, on a permanent basis. this is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 7am- 15:00pm

What will you deliver?

To supervise and provide in a planned manner, innovative and quality food to a consistently high standard for the workplace canteen and hospitality at the Power Station

To ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety & Food Hygiene and compressive understanding of the 2014 Food allergen rules and regulations during all kitchen operations.

Who are we looking for?

An experienced Chef Supervisor with strong retail cafe experience and events delivery
Ability to mobilise a new team and meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Good team working and a flexibility to working hours.
BTEC/NVQ or equivalent qualification in craft-based training
Level 3 and/or 4 Food Safety and Health & Safety
