EQUANS is looking for a Regional Director to join our team in Hatfield on a permanent basis. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our housing refurbishment, regeneration, and sustainability projects across London and the South. Responsible for driving business growth, delivering high-quality services, and fostering strong client relationships, you will ensure our projects create lasting social impact while achieving commercial success. Leading a team of senior managers, you will shape and implement regional strategies, secure a strong project pipeline, and champion innovation in housing and placemaking. This role is pivotal in positioning us as the partner of choice for local authorities, housing associations, and communities.

What will you deliver? 

  • Leadership & Strategy – Build and lead high-performing senior leadership and management teams, shaping and executing regional strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Project & Business Growth – Secure and deliver a sustainable pipeline of projects, driving revenue and profitability in line with financial targets.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Develop and strengthen relationships with local authorities, housing associations, and community partners, positioning us as the preferred partner for housing and placemaking solutions.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee the successful delivery of complex refurbishment, asset management, net-zero retrofit, and public realm projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Social Value & Sustainability – Champion initiatives that enhance resident experience, deliver social impact, and support net-zero and sustainability objectives.
  • Performance & Innovation – Continuously improve operational efficiency, introduce best practices, and drive innovation in housing and regeneration projects.
