What You’ll Do

As a Senior Mechanical & Electrical Technician, you will bring your trade and supervisory skills to the forefront, leading critical maintenance and installation jobs with confidence and precision. You’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining boiler plants and associated equipment with meticulous care
• Carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance and installation tasks
• Supporting and mentoring fellow maintenance staff to foster continuous growth
• Delivering excellent customer service aligned with our company values
• Standing in for the M&E Supervisor when needed, showing your leadership capability
• Participating in an emergency on-call rota to keep operations running 24/7

What We’re Looking For

• Formal qualifications such as City & Guilds/BTEC or equivalent in Mechanical & Electrical disciplines
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience post-apprenticeship or training
• Relevant certifications including the 16th Edition Wiring Regulations Certificate
• Commitment to health & safety and quality standards
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in emergency call-outs as part of the team
