The Opportunity

As an Electrical Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex electrical projects. You’ll oversee site operations, lead electrical teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building high-performing teams, and managing multiple work fronts while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Site Management

  • Lead and supervise electrical teams and subcontractors on site.
  • Manage multiple work fronts simultaneously while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Foster a positive, safety-first culture across all project activities.

Project Delivery

  • Coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to drive efficient project execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant standards, regulations and company procedures.
  • Promote and maintain best-practice safety outcomes across the site.
  • Conduct site inspections and support continual improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide clear communication and regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated leader who combines strong technical capability with exceptional people skills.

You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical environments.
  • Previous site supervision experience (3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of electrical compliance, standards and construction methodologies.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability.
