The Opportunity
As part of our Electrical and Data Communications team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical, data and communications infrastructure projects across commercial environments.

Working alongside experienced technicians, electricians and project managers, you’ll contribute to the installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of industry-leading systems while developing your skills on complex, high-profile projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing, testing, commissioning and maintaining electrical and data communications systems.
• Delivering commercial electrical and communications projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Diagnosing faults and solving technical issues in the field.
• Working collaboratively with project teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Maintaining strong safety practices and identifying workplace hazards.
• Managing project documentation, reports, timesheets and digital systems.
• Participating in toolbox talks, training sessions and rostered call-outs.
• Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior team members.
• Staying current with industry developments, technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking team players who are safety-focused, customer-driven and passionate about delivering quality work.

Skills & Experience

• Experience within the electrical, telecommunications and/or data communications industry.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
• Experience on commercial or large-scale project sites highly regarded.

Qualifications & Licences

Mandatory

• Driver’s Licence
• Open Cabling Licence (Communication Technician positions) 
• CPR / LVR (Electrician positions)
• Electrical Licence (Electrician positions)

Highly Desirable

• EWP <11m
• Working at Heights
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Experience working on Tier 1 commercial projects
