Position Overview Drive procurement excellence at Equans by managing supplier relationships, optimizing purchasing, and ensuring high-quality, sustainable sourcing for our solar and BESS projects. Lead tenders, negotiations, and contract management while working closely with our partners. Ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience, a knack for innovation, and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities :

· Deploy the Equans Group’s purchasing policy and ensure the proper application of purchasing procedures for Equans Solar & Storage Australia.

· Optimize procurement by sourcing, carrying out tenders, selecting, negotiating and guaranteeing competitive and high-quality purchases.

· Measure purchasing performance, ensure transparent and regular communication.

· Ensure suppliers and subcontractors panel management, monitoring and handling of disputes, list and assess the quality of suppliers and subcontractors, and keep abreast of the latest technological innovations.

· Draft, monitor and manage contracts with the help of the legal department, ensuring their proper execution.

· Deploy and monitor the Equans Group’s sustainable purchasing policy, aimed at reducing carbon impact and promoting responsible practices throughout the supply chain.

· Support operational staff on purchasing information systems.

· Work in cooperation with our partners’ procurement networks especially with Trading & Logistics and Category Management.

Your Profile :

· Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a technical field. Ideally with a specialization in procurement.

· Knowledge of MS Office, SAP would be considered an asset.

· Excellent communication and networking skills in a cross-divisional, intercultural environment.

· Strong service spirit, good ability to listen and high responsiveness.

· Fluent in English, French would be a plus.
