Maintenance Craftsperson

Equans is looking for a Maintenance Craftsperson to join our team at Barnet General Hospital. This is a full time role with participation in on call rota. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Complete planned and reactive building fabric maintenance
• Carry out installation works and support the allocation of work to site teams
• Manage materials, records and specialist contractor activities
• Provide technical supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and service

Who are you?

• Experienced in building fabric maintenance within a commercial, healthcare or facilities environment
• Skilled in planned, reactive and installation work
• Able to supervise operatives, workers and specialist contractors
• Organised and confident managing materials, records and job documentation
• Customer focused with good communication and technical supervision skills
• Committed to safe working practices, quality standards and ongoing training
• Willing to participate in the emergency on call rota

Background checks

This role is based at Barnet General Hospital and may require employment screening, occupational health checks and additional background checks in line with client, contractual and site requirements. Further checks will be confirmed during the recruitment process.
