As our Modern Workplace expert, you will:

  • act as SPOC towards the outsourced End User Devices service delivery partner
  • be accountable for device lifecycle management
  • ensure endpoints are compliant with the latest security policies

  • provide regular insights on endpoint performance, compliance and experience
  • define and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for endpoint management

Your main activities:

  • Manage consistent and secure OS deployment through Intune Autopilot
  • Ensure endpoint compliance with security policies, standards, and configurations.
  • Provide Level 4 support for endpoint-related issues and act as the internal expert for complex incidents.
  • Drive proactive problem management, analyzing trends to identify and resolve root causes before they impact users.
  • Engage in user experience monitoring and improvement initiatives, ensuring devices support modern ways of working.

Salesforce Release Manager (M/F)

Summary

The Site Manager will:

  • be responsible for all operational staff, budget and performance of the following maintenance activities at the site including minor works and projects:
    • Operation and Maintenance of the Baggage Handling System, Passenger Boarding Bridges and HVAC Infrastructure including extra works and projects.

Description

  • Responsible for the budget management and all financial activities for the site.
  • Responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance and operation process in coordination with the airport supervisor’s and managers.
  • Ensures that all administrative and CMMS processes are followed.
  • Supervises all EQUANS site personnel: maintenance and operation.
  • Executes a meticulous quality inspection by sampling various completed work tasks.

  • Initiate and sell new out of scope projects.

Requirements / Qualifications

CISO Shared Line of Service Identity Management (M/F - any location)

CISO SHARED LINE OF SERVICE IDENTITY MANAGEMENT (M/F)

Attached to the Group Chief Information Security Officer teams and the Shared Line of Service Identity, you will be part of the EQUANS Cybersecurity team, which is responsible for defining and implementing the global cybersecurity strategy for the EQUANS perimeter, including the implementation of global programs and coordination of the various EQUANS cybersecurity teams.

As the Cybersecurity Reference for SLS Identity, you will be responsible for the cybersecurity of the Identity perimeter and the management of the most critical privileged accounts. In close liaison with the SLS (Shared Line of Services) teams, your mission will be to maintain and improve the security level through monitoring security indicators, managing risk analyses, audits, and remediation plans.

In this context, your main missions and activities will include:

  • Being the privileged CISO contact for our IAM/IAG/PAM solution partners and suppliers.
  • Defining control points, monitoring KPIs, and managing remediations in liaison with the operational IT teams of the SLS.
  • Participating in the development of security standards and guidelines for your perimeter - in liaison with the CyTO (Cyber Technical Office) - and being responsible for their dissemination/promotion within the operational IT teams of the SLS.

  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments (EntraID, AD,...) and Microsoft security solutions related to identity

Performance Manager

EQUANS are recruiting for a Performance Manager to be based in Oldham. This is a full-time fixed term contract for 6 months working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of up to £52,000 doe,car allowance, bonus and benefits package.

General Overview

This is a key role on the Manchester City Council Housing contract with a specific focus on driving performance within the teams.

This person will have the skillset to identify where lack of performance is occurring and the solution required to resolve. Utilising the EQUANS policy and procedures and exploring the need to develop staff where required this will ensure that the right steps are being taken, to resolve lack of performance.

This is a full time position reporting directly to the Partnership Director and working closely with the senior management team, key support functions such as HR and Health and Safety to support achieving an improved performance culture.

Within the EQUANS IT department, you will be part of the Cyber Customer Trust team, that helps the EQUANS business units delivering cyber secure solutions to their customers.

This team is led by the Cyber Customer Trust director and is reporting to the Global CISO.

 

As the Architect in the Shared Line of Service (SLS) Cyber Customer Trust, you will be tasked with building and providing global support to local cyber teams responsible for securing the service offerings of their businesses, including digital and OT. For example, to better protect our clients' operations and data, this may involve designing secure architectures for their applications or proposing a sustainable security plan for their projects.

 

In this context, your main missions and activities will include:

  • Define cyber guidelines and policies related to service offerings including Digital and OT delivered to our clients.
  • Responsible for designing and maintaining our standardized security solutions that will enable our operational staff to conduct their activities with a good cyber posture.
  • Develop and maintain a catalog of cyber solutions, products, and partners that can be integrated into the commercial offers including Digital and OT.
  • When needed, participate in the writing of cyber offers and supporting local cyber teams, in case local skills and knowledge are absent. This includes participating in the Bid, Design and Acceptance phases of projects. These activities also demonstrate the added value of cyber activities from the launch of the SLS.
  • Participate in Technology Watch to spot solutions, trends and innovations, that can be used by the EQUANS business to deliver secure solutions to EQUANS customers.

Risk & Compliance analyst (F/M- any location)

Within the EQUANS IT department, you will be part of the Cyber Customer Trust team, that helps the EQUANS business units delivering cyber secure solutions to their customers.

This team is led by the Cyber Customer Trust director and is reporting to the Global CISO.

 

As a Risk & Compliance Analyst in the Shared Line of Service (SLS) Cyber Customer Trust, you will be tasked with providing global support to local cyber teams responsible for securing the service offerings of their businesses, including digital and OT. For example, to better protect our clients' operations and data, this may involve analysing the risks that apply on their projects with Equans and proposing sustainable security plans for their projects.

 

  

In this context, your main missions and activities will include:

  • Conduct risk assessments on these projects/bids/contracts to identify possible risks for the EQUANS business and for the customers. This includes advising business units in improving the used solutions, and provide recommendations for them to improve their cybersecurity level.
  • Help creating and maintaining an inventory of ongoing projects/bids between EQUANS and its clients that involve digital solutions.
  • Assist in developing a catalogue of cyber services that can be integrated into our commercial offers including Digital/OT (consultancy, risk analysis, technical audits, security procedures, etc.).
  • Steer the audit and compliance checks (technical audits, configuration reviews, etc.) on products, bids and contracts with the support of internal or external experts (pentesters, legal teams, etc.).
  • Help build and maintain awareness material to explain the role of the CCT team and the growing importance of laws, directives and regulations in the cyber landscape (NIS2, CRA, etc.).

Your profile:

  • You have a higher education degree (an Engineering degree in cybersecurity or a Master’s degree in Computer Science and networks) or a proven experience in governance, risk and compliance (more than 3 years) ;
  • You have a good knowledge of security information frameworks and risk management (ISO/IEC 27001, 27002 et 27005, NIST, EBIOS,…);

  • This role involves assisting in the coordination of on-site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards of quality
  • The Trainee Site Supervisor plays a key role in assisting with the management of subcontractors, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with the project team and stakeholders
  • Assist with the coordination and supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring that they meet quality standards and project deadlines
  • Monitor the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Site Manager, project team, and subcontractors
  • Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation for management and clients. Assist in delivery of TBTs / DABs.
  • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their concerns and requirements are addressed promptly

Mobile Electrician

EQUANS are recruiting for a Mobile Electrician to be based in Manchester. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary van & fuel card and benefits package.

General Overview

To carry out the duties as an Electrician in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures.  To assist the Team in producing a quality product meeting the requirements of the contract and in a safe manner.  Adhere to all requirements set by SHEQ team, policy, and strategy.

Key Accountabilities

  • Carry out various Electrical tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including:
    • Replacement of Consumer units.
    • Installing final sub-circuit wiring.
    • Fault finding
    • Replacement of final circuit accessories (sockets light switches etc).
    • Replacement of extractor fans in bathrooms and toilets.
    • Replacement of light fittings in line with manufactures instructions.
    • Testing in line with current edition of wiring regulations (BS.7671)
    • Fault finding and carrying out remedial works in accordance with current regulations.
    • Be competent in completing all relevant and current certification for example (EICR EIC and Minor works)
  • Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
    • Compliance with specification
    • Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
  • High quality Customer Care must always act in a polite and professional manor.
  • Maintain and care for all company tools.
  • 1st time fix to be achieved wherever possible.
  • To use appropriate safety equipment
  • To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
  • To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
  • To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy.
  • To be responsible for holding keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards and allow access where appropriate.
  • Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.
  • Material co-ordination
  • Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant documentation required on the contract.
  • Any other reasonable management request
