Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow and integrations to join our international team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business units (BUs) across multiple countries, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of requirements, and successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with business units across different countries to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
    • Conduct workshops, meetings, and training sessions with global teams to understand needs and present solutions.
  2. ServiceNow Expertise
    • Analyze, design, and configure ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and configurations to meet specific business requirements.
    • Provide expertise in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules based on organizational needs.
  3. Integration Management
    • Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., SIEM, CRM, HR systems).
    • Ensure robust API usage and scripting for seamless data flow and process automation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.
  4. Technical Support & Optimization
    • Collaborate with developers to build custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
    • Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance and integrations for efficiency and scalability.
    • Provide technical expertise during system upgrades or module rollouts.
  5. Collaboration & Documentation
    • Work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders.
    • Create clear technical documentation, user guides, and process flows for solutions delivered.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for both business processes and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hard Skills

  • Proficient in ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP), MID Servers, and connectors.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies).
  • Experience in integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or IT security tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and their application in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Equans is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team covering London and the Home Counties. This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £45,000 per annum, a company vehicle and benefits package.
 

What will you deliver?

  • Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with A/C units, refrigeration systems, and chiller plant equipment across the site
  • Maintenance & Operation: Maintain and ensure the operational efficiency of chillers, cold rooms, freezers, air conditioning systems (VAV, VRV), cooling towers, air handling units, pumps, water treatment systems, and building management systems
  • F-Gas Logbook Management: Maintain an up-to-date F-Gas logbook, accurately recording all losses, recoveries, and additions in compliance with regulations
  • Leak Checks & GWP Monitoring: Conduct regular leak checks and ensure that GWP (Global Warming Potential) and CO2e (carbon dioxide equivalent) emissions are calculated and documented
  • Equipment Servicing: Oversee and perform recovery, repair, pressure testing, vacuum dehydration, recharging, and re-commissioning of A/C units and refrigeration systems
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Plan and manage service visits with subcontractors for maintenance and repairs of refrigeration systems
  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call duties as part of the maintenance rota to ensure continuous operation of critical systems

Who are we looking for?

The role reports to the SLS Infrastructure Engineering Lead who is based in France. The role will be part of the global IT team with IT colleague’s members across the globe.

Infrastructure Project Manager (ANY LOCATION) (M/F)

General context and objectives of the role

Equans' Group IT Department is organized around Shared Line of Service that deliver global services to all the group's entities.

The Infrastructure Shared Line of Service (called SLS Infrastructure) of the Equans Group IT Department provides services relating to the public cloud (AWS and Azure) and network (interconnection network for the entities, secure connection of third parties to the Equans network, and global network services such as DNS, IPAM or remote connection for mobile or remote working employees).

Within SLS Infrastructure, the Project Manager is responsible for managing SLS projects. These may be either projects within the scope of SLS services (Cloud and Network) or projects involving other SLSs, such as application projects with a Cloud and/or Network component. In the latter case, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing work within the scope of the SLS Infrastructure and coordinating with the SLS Project Manager leading the project and, where appropriate, with other players in other SLSs.

Responsibilities

 

The Project Manager is responsible for

  • Initiating the project (preparation and planning, mobilizing contributors, setting up governance)
  • Managing the implementation of the project (deadlines, costs, quality)
  • Ensuring that the project goes live

To do this, he/she will work in collaboration with the SLS Cloud and Network Architects and experts, the Service Managers and the Cloud and Network Domain Managers. He/she also coordinates with the requester and with other Project Managers within the other SLSs in the event of a complex project involving several SLSs.

Projects may follow either V-cycle or agile methodology.

  • Ability to work in collaboration with an outsourcer who will be involved in the scoping phase and will carry out some of the project work

Als Trainee Automatisering in Zaandam en Bunnik werk je aan 3 tot 4 verschillende opdrachten in 1,5 jaar. Je krijgt de ruimte om verschillende afdelingen en rollen te ontdekken. Zo kun je een opdracht doen binnen Industrial of Building Automation of in de infra wereld. Voorbeelden van opdrachten zijn:

  • Onderzoek hoe wij ons komende 2 jaar kunnen ontwikkelen van smart integrator naar business integrator door goed te kijken naar ons portfolio en markt/partneronderzoek te doen.

Tijdens jouw traineeship willen we jou als young-professional zoveel mogelijk van Equans laten zien en een goede basis leggen voor jouw loopbaan. Sur site posté Base Aérienne Orléans-Bricy (45)

A compter de septembre 2025

 

Le contexte :

Au 04/10/2022, Equans est venue compléter les 5 autres métiers du groupe Bouygues (Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, COLAS, TF1 et Bouygues Telecom).

Rejoignez notre agence Equans Maintenance Centre-Val de Loire et prenez en charge la maintenance des installations de génie climatique et des équipements électriques de la Base Aérienne Orléans-Bricy, un site militaire stratégique à proximité d'Orléans.

Votre challenge à nos côtés :

En collaboration avec votre tuteur et 3 Techniciens de maintenance, vous développerez vos compétences en assurant la maintenance préventive et le dépannage d'installations de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation.

Vos missions comprendront notamment :

Diagnostiquer les pannes, réparer, dépanner et remettre en service

Réaliser le suivi, le contrôle et la prévention des risques de panne ainsi que le dépannage

Réaliser des petits travaux

 Assurer la qualité de la prestation et la sécurité des installations

Entretenir une bonne relation avec le client

Renseigner l'outil de GMAO

 Liste non exhaustive en fonction du profil.

Que pouvons-nous accomplir ensemble ?

Rattaché à la Direction Commerciale Service Client & Composants, vous aurez en charge :

- Répondre aux appels clients pour des réclamations/dépannages

- Etablir un diagnostic directement ou orienter la demande vers le bon service support.

- Elaborer des solutions techniques avec l’aide éventuelle des services techniques

- Etablir les chiffrages des matériels et/ou prestations

- Rédiger, négocier et relancer les offres

- Rédiger une demande de garantie dans le respect des règles internes

- Enregistrer les commandes clients et les commandes de garantie, ainsi que les projets dans l’ERP

- Lancer les approvisionnements et suivre la livraison des matériels

- Planifier l’intervention si commande de service

- Coordonner les interventions SAV : organisation de la charge, gestion des plannings, choix des techniciens

- Réaliser des interventions de diagnostic/dépannage chez les clients ce qui implique des déplacements en France et à l’étranger

- Assister et conseiller les prestataires extérieurs

- Prévoir les outillages nécessaires aux interventions

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous avez idéalement des connaissances en mécanique, maintenance, électricité ou automatisme.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautique et l'anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Vous possédez une capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, le sens du service et le goût du travail en équipe. De nature organisé, rigoureux et dynamique, vous savez gérer les priorités et vous êtes à l'aise à l'orale comme à l'écrit.

Que pouvons-nous accomplir ensemble ?

Vous êtes en charge des tests et de la mise en service sur des installations neuves ou existantes, aussi bien dans notre usine de Niort que sur les sites de nos clients.

Dans ce cadre, vous :

Préparez les dossiers techniques liés à l'installation

Effectuer les conformités tuyauteries – matériel

Déroulez l'ensemble des tests prévus et/ou nécessaires avec une traçabilité documentaire des essais effectués et des résultats obtenus en usine ou sur site clients

Réaliser des diagnostics en cas de dysfonctionnement et proposer des solutions

Identifier et transmettre les non-conformités

Diffuser quotidiennement un compte rendu des essais effectués

Profil

Idéalement titulaire d'une formation technique Bac +2 (ex : CIRA, MAI, MI, Automaticien), vous possédez de solides compétences en électricité industrielle et en automatisme. En plus de votre expertise technique, vous faites preuve d'autonomie et de rigueur dans la gestion de vos projets. Votre capacité d'adaptation et votre sens du service client vous permettront de réussir pleinement dans ce poste.

Vous appréciez les déplacements, tant en France qu'à l'international, et vous êtes idéalement à l'aise en anglais.
