Fitter warehouse (M/ W)
Location: Bridgwater( UK)
Your role and responsibilities :
- Prefabricate HVAC ductwork assemblies (grids, accessories) as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Organize and prepare duct, components and assemblies for dispatch to the Hinkley Point C construction site, ensuring quantities and specifications match project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on prefabricated components to confirm compliance with nuclear industry standards and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of prefabrication progress, inventory, and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is organized and adheres to all health, safety, and security protocols, including nuclear site-related safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse workflow and prefabrication processes
Your profile :
Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial or nuclear environment.
You have experience in the HVAC field and are comfortable working in a production or prefabrication environment.
You are able to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions with accuracy.
You demonstrate a strong commitment to following strict nuclear safety and quality standards.
You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured and highly regulated environment.
