EQUANS is looking for an Administrator – Service Variation to join our team based in Stoke-on-Trent on a permanent basis.  This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. Supports Administration and Co-ordination of all Commercial Service Variations (SV) process across Equans National Account. Ensures accurate data capture, process compliance, and consistent tracking aligned to process improvement activities.

What will you deliver? 

  • Maintain SV tracker and records so it is accurate and up to date
  • Collate submissions and check completeness
  • Chase missing or unclear information
  • Follow defined SV process and workflows
  • Update systems (Excel, Maximo)
  • Support reporting and status updates
  • Co-ordinate with technical, commercial and operational teams
  • Identify recurring issues and support improvement activities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages i.e. Excel and Power BI
  • Proficient in using CAFM systems e.g. Maximo
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks
  • Post holders must be able to pass and maintain BPSS
  • Desirable to hold prior FM or construction experience
  • An awareness of service variation processes is desirable
