Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a CAFM Administrator – FM to join our facilities team on our HMCTS contract in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a 6 month fixed-term contract working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid break. This role offers hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 from home.  On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

The CAFM Administrator is a role focused on supporting operations and projects to maximise the benefits of the Maximo system on the HMCTS contract, taking ownership of the CAFM data relating to the project team and Minor works teams. 
This is a fixed term role for 6 months with capacity to extend for a further 6 months should the project require.

What will you deliver?

  • Understand and co-ordinate the CAFM data change control process between the CAFM Business Partners and the Operational delivery within contract.
  • Owner of the core contract Asset, Project and Minor works update returns
  • Responsible for control, management, and completion of any HMCTS Project and minor works updates from operational or project sources where bespoke or manual updates are required.
  • Assist in the implementation of data improvement opportunities
  • Ad-hoc reporting as required by the CAFM Team or project Teams.
  • Adhere to and implement corporate and sector CAFM specific policy and procedures.

Who are you?

  • Experience working on Maximo or similar CAFM data system.
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills in data manipulation.
  • Experience communicating with business stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of Commercial impact on Contracts
  • Desirable to have experience in the collation and structuring of data in SQL data systems and databases.
  • To hold an understanding of building services systems is beneficial
