What You’ll Be Doing
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll enjoy a varied role that includes:

• Preventative maintenance and reactive service work
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Maintaining strong relationships with valued clients
• Managing your workload with a high degree of autonomy
• Mentoring apprentices and sharing your expertise
• Collaborating with a highly skilled and supportive team
• Continuously developing your knowledge of emerging HVAC technologies

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in technicians who are passionate about their trade and committed to delivering exceptional service.

You’ll ideally have:

✔ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning experience

✔ Western Australian Full or Restricted Electrical Licence

✔ Relevant Trade Qualification

✔ Australian Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)

✔ Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✔ A commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Central plant experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

If you’ve got the right attitude and solid industry experience, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
