Sous la responsabilité de votre responsable , au quotidien, vous aurez pour missions :
- La gestion du magasin (réception des bons de commande, passage des commandes, réception et contrôle des marchandises réceptionnées, tenue à jour des stocks de matériel, inventaire annuel du magasin)
- La préparation des chantiers (préparation des matériels pour la bonne réalisation des chantiers, planification des transports pour les chantiers)
- La gestion des EPI (mise à jour du stock et transmission des besoins d’achat en EPI, distribution des EPI aux techniciens)
Vous serez également amené(e) à équiper les véhicules en outillage lors de l’arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs et à tenir à jour informatiquement les stocks du magasin.

What you will be doing
- Installation, testing and commissioning of various cabling & electrical systems in commercial environment.
- Work within a team to deliver communications & electrical projects in accordance with Company standards and to meet project time frames.

What you need
- You are a fully qualified electrician with data and communications experience.
- You are looking for an opportunity to work for a tier one operation.
- You are able to work a Sunday night to Thursday night shift in the retail environment
- You are able to work both autonomously and well within a team.
Skills and experience
- A-grade electrical licence.
- Experience with data and communications work within a commercial setting.
- Open cabling licence (preferred).

Electrical Supervisor
Equans is looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. What will you deliver?
- Assist in the management, performance and service delivery of all staff, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure an effective and efficient maintenance service.
- Core elements will include Health and Safety, communication at all levels, advising Trades staff and were appropriate management on statutory compliance, safe and efficient use of resources.
- Manage staff in relation to the PPM system, maintain accurate records and assist in the updating and maintenance of the PPM system based within Maximo.
- Undertaking flexible working practices across the whole range of estates services. This will include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, cleaning, building etc – duties as directed by the Site management Team.
- Directly accountable for day to day matters covered within the job description to the Electrical Services Manager.
- Managing and directing staff in a safe and efficient manner and conducting personal performance evaluations of staff in accordance with Equans policies and procedures.
- Deliver training to staff on relevant subjects as appropriate to experience is gained (eg tool box talks & trade specific subject matter).
- To assist in the delivery of the maintenance and operation of services to the site including supervision of contractors.
- Advising management where there is a demonstrable shortfall in resources to meet the standards required for patient environment and to meet legislation requirements.
- Responsible for first line management with regards to all Equans H.R and H&S policies and Procedures
- Management of time sheets, on-call sheet, leave requests and general personnel issues.

Weekend Caretaker
Equans is recruiting for a Weekend Caretaker to join the team in Noel Baker Academy, Derby, DE24 0BR . This is a permanent full time role working 18 hours per week. On offer is salary of £12,458.16 per annum and benefits package.
Shift times:
Saturday and Sunday 8:30am - 17:30pm
What you will deliver:
The main duties and responsibilities are:
• Be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and COSHH laws or regulations to make certain that all company Health and Safety policies, procedures are adhered to.
• Carry out first line investigations into building faults and isolate / make safe where necessary and arrange referral to engineer or specialist contractor through the Helpdesk.
• Carry out minor maintenance works and planned maintenance tasks.
• Snow clearance and gritting in the winter months.
• To provide general clearance to the external of the building, this includes but not limited to, litter picker, leaf collections and left blowing.
• Observe the site rules and maintain a smart appearance
• Be prepared to perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Site Manager or Account Manager.
• Provide cover for holidays, sickness and emergencies when required.
For this role you must undergo a DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Equans is looking for a Security Officer to join our team based out of 9 Maxim Park, Eurocentral, Motherwell, ML1 4WQ on a permanent basis. This is a full time position working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12.71 per hour and benefits package.
Shift Pattern:
- 12-hour shifts
- 4 on / 4 off rota
- Rotating days and nights
Flexibility is required, as you may occasionally support nearby sites in Eurocentral and Bathgate.
What will you deliver?
As a Security Officer, you will help create a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets across our sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Patrolling and monitoring site areas to identify and prevent risks
- Controlling site access and supporting visitors
- Monitoring CCTV, alarms, and security systems
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting emergency situations and following procedures
- Working with colleagues and external services when required
This is a key role where your professionalism and presence will help ensure safety and reassurance for everyone on site.

Account Manager
Equans is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Working within a fast-paced Mobile Technical Services account in Bellshill, Glasgow, is a varied and highly responsible role. It requires strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a consistently professional service for the client.
As the first point of contact for the Client, you represent the account and play a central role in ensuring that requests, issues and operational requirements are managed efficiently from the outset. The importance of this responsibility cannot be overestimated: your actions influence client confidence, service continuity and the overall perception of the technical services team.
What will you deliver?
- Accountable for the financial performance of the contract.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups
- Ensure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of RAMS, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, clients and end users.
- Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance.
- Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisations.
- Manage the client service delivery, which is spread over a number of locations, by ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner.
- Agree and maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract.
- Set, monitor and control SLA’s and KPI’s seeking opportunities to provide added value across the delivery stakeholders.
- Work with operational personnel and the support team to ensure all completion times for planned, corrective and reactive works are correctly logged and recorded within the client/company’s asset management system.
- Review the monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the Regional Manager as necessary.
- To review contract performance monthly with the Regional Manager and agree future plans
- Drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
- Manage any support functions as required to deliver a coherent service. And review the interface with third party suppliers and sub-contractors
- To maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services and to regularly meet with the client to further understand their organisation and requirement.

Who are we looking for?
- Previous account management experience with a good knowledge of building services and legislation and/or experience in a social housing environment
- Proven experience of people management - ability to lead, mentor and develop high performing teams
- Strong finance and budget experience
- Process driven and strong governance experience and knowledge
- Able to manage a helpdesk function
- Proven experience and track record in working in Facilities Management
- Must have the ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances.
- Technical background essential
- H&S / M&E Qualification
- Water Systems and Legionella Control – HSG274
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Experience of using a CAFM system
- Must have a full clean driver’s licence.
- A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
- Asbestos awareness
- Good communicator with the clients, other service partners and suppliers.
- Able to deal diplomatically with the client’s demanding personnel.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Able to work as part of a team and flexible and adaptable to change.
