Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Instandhaltungsfachmann (von Vorteil)

Sommaire du poste

Sous la responsabilité du/de la gestionnaire de site, la personne titulaire du poste est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle d’un contrat de gestion des déchets et des activités environnementales au sein du site client. Elle assure la planification, la coordination et la supervision des opérations liées à la collecte, au tri, à la valorisation et à la gestion des matières résiduelles, ainsi que l’exploitation de la station de traitement des eaux. À ce titre, Elle agit comme point de contact du client pour les activités environnementales, tout en garantissant le respect des exigences contractuelles, réglementaires et de performance. Le/la superviseur(e) contribue activement à l’atteinte des objectifs de zéro décharge, d’amélioration continue et d’efficacité opérationnelle du site.

Description

Pilotage opérationnel du contrat

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne des opérations de collecte interne des déchets (intérieur et extérieur);
  • Superviser les activités de tri, séparation et manipulation des différents flux de matières;
  • Garantir la propreté, la sécurité et la conformité des zones de collecte et de la salle environnement;
  • Veiller à la continuité de service 24/7.

Gestion des équipes et coordination terrain

  • Encadrer une équipe de caristes-manutentionnaires opérant sur plusieurs quarts;
  • Planifier les ressources et organiser les activités quotidiennes;
  • Auditer la qualité d’exécution des tâches;
  • Identifier et déployer des améliorations des pratiques terrains.

Gestion de la performance et reporting

  • Assurer la pesée et la traçabilité des matières résiduelles;
  • Produire les rapports de performance et indicateurs environnementaux;
  • Suivre les KPI du contrat et proposer des actions correctives;
  • Assurer le suivi des exigences réglementaires (environnement, SST).

Coordination des sous-traitants

  • Coordonner les rotations de conteneurs et les expéditions avec les fournisseurs;
  • Gérer les demandes opérationnelles spécifiques (ad hoc);
  • Assurer une coordination efficace des flux de matières.

Exploitation des infrastructures environnementales

  • Superviser la gestion de la salle environnement et des zones associées;
  • Assurer la consolidation et le stockage des matières;
  • Veiller à la conformité des installations et équipements.

Gestion de la station de traitement des eaux

  • Agir comme opérateur de la station selon les procédures établies;
  • Effectuer les interventions quotidiennes (incluant les opérations de déversement selon validation);
  • Assurer la documentation et la traçabilité des opérations;
  • Veiller à la conformité des rejets.

Conformité environnementale

  • Garantir le respect des normes environnementales, ISO et exigences client;
  • Assurer la conformité des pratiques de tri et de manipulation;
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de zéro décharge.

Amélioration continue et optimisation

  • Optimiser les itinéraires de collecte et l’organisation des opérations;
  • Analyser les données pour améliorer la performance environnementale;
  • Mettre en place des initiatives visant à réduire les coûts et l’empreinte carbone;
  • Participer à des projets de sensibilisation et d’innovation.

Relation client et gouvernance du contrat

  • Agir comme point de contact  pour les opérations environnementales;
  • Participer aux rencontres de suivi avec le client;

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled payroll professional with extensive end-to-end payroll experience who can confidently manage complex payroll processes across multiple business entities and states.

What You'll Be Doing

Payroll Processing

  • End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Processing timesheets, payroll uploads, EFT payments and payslip distribution
  • Managing new starters, employee transfers, changes and terminations
  • Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with Enterprise Agreements, Awards and legislative requirements
  • Calculating and processing leave entitlements, including:
    • Annual Leave
    • Personal Leave

    • RDOs and other accrued entitlements
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Reconciling payroll data and ensuring payroll integrity

Statutory & Compliance Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • 7+ years' payroll experience in a complex payroll environment
  • Proven experience processing end-to-end payroll from commencement through to reporting and reconciliation
  • Mandatory experience using iChris or Chris21 payroll systems
  • Strong experience managing:
    • Superannuation processing
    • EFT payment files
    • Payroll reconciliations
    • Statutory compliance requirements

Extensive knowledge of:

    • Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA)
    • Modern Awards
    • Payroll legislation and compliance
    • Experience working across multiple entities and/or multiple Australian states
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work autonomously

Highly Desirable

  • Construction industry payroll experience

Grounds & Gardens Operative

EQUANS are looking for Grounds & Gardens Operative at Tameside General Hospital. This role would be a permanent part-time role working 12 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview: 

To work within a team providing an essential grounds and gardens maintenance service to the site. Ensuring the Site remains clear of litter and Organic debris and remains neat and tidy at all times. The individual must be able to work to with their own initiative to prioritise workloads and within the wider to team to provide a first class service to our client.

Impact: 

The post holder working as part of a team, assists the Grounds Supervisor in the delivery of a professional grounds maintenance service, providing a positive image of the Hospital and our clients. They will be an important team member ensuring the grounds remain clean and clear at all times.

Complexity: 

To maintain a litter free site, removing all accumulations of litter, cigarettes, debris, and leaves

To progress a schedule of external litter bin and cigarette disposal bin maintenance, inclusive of the removal and disposal of existing refuse bags, physically cleaning / disinfecting the receptacles prior to the insertion of replacement refuse bags.

To undertake the use of electrically operated water propelling, pressure jetting units, to remove graffiti, and extraneous accumulations from wall areas, floor areas, and grounds maintenance equipment.

To progress the planned maintenance of all formal bedding areas, with the works inclusive of all necessary digging over, hoeing, manure / fertiliser applications, planting operations, staking / tying back, and pruning in accordance with approved horticultural practices.

To progress the planned maintenance of hard landscaped areas, to be inclusive of paved areas, walling elements etc.

To assist the estates department’s general building assistants, on an ad-hoc basis, to progress any other works necessary to ensure safe and efficient maintenance of the estate.

To carry out a 10 day full site grass cut to an exceptional standard.  

Be able to use and sign off jobs on a PDA.

To undertake the clearance of frost, ice, snow accumulations from all highways, carparks, footpaths, access ramps / stairways, employing rock salt, together with a range of ice dispersants, which are to applied both manually, and with the aid of mechanically propelled gritting equipment.

Complete all relevant PPM and reactive paperwork. Take part in the on call rota as planned

Qualifications or Required Experience: 

Experience of PFI and/ or Healthcare Environment essential

Experience of working with members of the public and customer focus

Experience of Grounds maintenance

PA1&PA6 spraying licence 

Full UK driving licence.

Role overview

The EC&I Apprentice will gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical control and instrumentation systems in a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) station. This role provides structured learning opportunities combined with practical application in a critical energy generation environment, helping develop skills required to become a fully qualified EC&I technician.

Key Activities:

 

  • This is an apprentice role, focusing on the development of necessary skills to complete the apprenticeship programme. They will be supported by the onsite technical team with an assigned mentor.
  • Where suitable as their knowledge base increases they will gain responsibilities for the maintenance and calibration of site equipment. 
  • They will work mainly with the site EC&I technician, though will support site operations and other technical disciplines as required to ensure operational stability.
  • Whilst based at Leeds GSC, where mutually agreed there may be opportunity to support other sites within the DES portfolio to both satisfy the developmental needs of the apprentice and the operational needs of the business.
  • The role will encompass the whole facet of maintenance, including planned and reactive works using all tools at their disposal including knowledge gained from others, interpretation of technical literature and drawings and personal experience.
  • Comply with Equans Safe Systems of Work and approved working procedures to ensure safe working.
  • Develop through both academic study and hands on experience, creating a personal portfolio of work to demonstrate they have achieved the criteria required by the apprenticeship programme.
  • Carry out calibration and functional testing of instruments such as pressure transmitters, flow meters, temperature sensors, and valve positioners under supervision.
  • Assist with the installation, commissioning and testing of electrical control systems, sensors and other instrumentation equipment.

Skills, qualifications & experience: 

 

  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics, English, and Science.
  • Demonstrated interest in electrical, controls, and instrumentation technologies.
  • Basic electrical knowledge is desirable.

Project Manager - Mechanical

Equans Data Centers is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mechanical, to join our expanding team and support the delivery of cutting-edge data center solutions in High Wycombe and across the UK.

As part of our commitment to innovation and excellence in data center solutions, we are looking for professionals who can lead the mechanical construction elements of large scale projects from inception to completion.  The Project Managers – Mechanical will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you will deliver? 

  • Leading on site mechanical construction activities from start to finish.
  • Manage a team to ensure that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
  • Drive operational excellence and provide expert technical guidance. 
  • Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses line with plan. 
  • Develop and agree electrical submission and approval process with the client and design team. 
  • Support the overall programming and planning of the build. 
  • Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports. 
  • Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings. 
  • Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management. 
  • Reviewing procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans.

Station Reception Officer

Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Station Reception Officer to join our operational team at Sutton Police Station. This is a permanent full-time shift based position working an average of 40 hours per week, 12 hour shifts with a one hour unpaid break, 07:00 to 19:00 / 19:00 to 07:00.  On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Reports to Facilities & Services Manager
  • Providing an efficient first point of contact for members of the public
  • Answer calls promptly and clearly before re-routing callers accordingly
  • Operate computer systems accurately to record enquires
  • Receive and administer property
  • To be responsible for the security, safety and tidiness of the station reception areas
  • Working an average of 40 hours per week on a 5 on 3 off shift pattern, 10 hour shifts, earlies, lates and nights.
  • May be required to provide occasional cover at other sites within SE London

Join our team as an  Apprentice Data Technician on a 2 year apprenticeship programme and start your journey in a rewarding career.  This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in data, reporting and business intelligence within the BI Support and Enterprise Data Management team at Equans UK.

As an Apprentice Data Technician, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who will support you in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for a successful career in data. You will gain practical experience helping the business access trusted information while learning how data is managed, analysed, reported and used to support decision-making.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive structured training, coaching and on-the-job support as you build confidence using data, reporting tools and business intelligence solutions. You will have the opportunity to work towards a Level 3 Data Technician or Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship, depending on your skills, experience and progress.

Location: Flexible - predominantly working from home with occasional site visits as per business requirements; one day per week attending virtual learning classes
Hours: 37.5 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break

Duration: 24 months to complete full apprenticeship

Salary: £24,784.50

Qualification: Level 3 Data Technician or Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship, depending on your skills, experience and progress.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with monitoring and responding to reporting requests and user queries.

  • Support report testing and basic data validation activities.

  • Maintain documentation, user guides and knowledge resources.

  • Help track actions, incidents and improvement activities.

  • Contribute to team standards, processes and knowledge sharing.

  • Support the delivery of reliable reporting and data services.

  • Learn how to investigate and escalate issues when additional support is required.

  • Involves virtual attendance with a national college one day per week with 4 days working based predominantly at home

  • Minimum 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above including Maths, English, and Science.
