IAM Analyst (F/M)
Summary of the role
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Identity and Access Management (IAM), for both B2E (Business to Employee) and B2B (Business to Business) environments.
- Ensures that users are granted the appropriate access based on their roles and responsibilities within the organization.
- Supports IAM operations by performing tasks related to account lifecycle management, access requests, and policy enforcement.
- Collaborates with security and IT teams to ensure IAM processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with organizational security policies and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provision and de-provision user access to systems, applications, and resources based on requests and defined access policies.
- Conduct periodic access reviews, ensuring that users have the correct level of access based on their roles.
- Manage user access requests, verifying approvals and ensuring that proper documentation is maintained
- Monitor user accounts for anomalies and escalate any suspicious activities to the appropriate security teams.
- Assist in the integration of IAM systems with other enterprise tools and applications.
- Troubleshoot access-related issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level IAM or IT teams as needed.
- Generate and maintain reports on user access, provisioning, de-provisioning, and other IAM-related activities.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure that IAM processes are aligned with security and compliance objectives
PROFILE
Academic background & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or a similar role, with hands-on experience in user provisioning, access reviews, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with IAM systems such as Entra ID, or other identity management solutions.
- Understanding of RBAC and security best practices related to identity management.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Team-oriented, working collaboratively with IAM, security, and IT teams to achieve shared goals
SKILLS
- Proficient in Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request processes.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege access principles.
- Familiarity with identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Understanding of IAM-related standards and protocols, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Basic PowerShell scripting skills for automating IAM tasks.
- Good understanding of cloud security concepts and best practices in identity management.
