Equans is looking for aTransformation Project Manager to join the Connect UK programme team on an 18 month secondment basis. This is a full time working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
Connect UK is a UKBU wide business led SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation programme, delivering a suite of best-in-class technology solutions, best practice processes and new ways of working. The programme is a significant investment and includes four core workstreams; Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R) and Projects.
This role focusses on the Order to Cash workstream. Working closely with the Order to Cash Solution Lead, the Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of the Order to Cash workstream focusing on Project Management, Change Management and Process Design and Optimisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an internal candidate looking to be part of a high profile transformation programme.
The Transformation Project Manager will undertake a range of programme activities in line with the programme timetable, including supporting design, data migration, testing, change and training.
A broad mix of skills and experience are required to enable the role holder to effectively deliver the activities they and the team are responsible for.
This is a national hybrid role with travel to various offices including London, from time to time, along with home working.
What will you deliver?
- Being a key contributor to ensure the Connect UK programme is delivered and financial benefits realised.
- Working within the workstream and across the programme to ensure a robust project plan is in place and managed, identifying risks and issues, mobilising resources and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Regularly providing project status reports and updates to the PMO, Programme Director and others.
- Supporting design, data migration and testing for the workstream.
- Understanding the impact changes will have on people in the business and supporting the Change, Communications and Training workstream with change and training activities.

Who are you?
- Professional qualifications and expertise in project management such as PMI / PMP / Prince2, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in the planning and delivery of Transformation/Change projects including project scoping and design, project planning, risk, issue and dependency management, resource planning and forecasting, financial management and benefits management.
- Experience in the use of Change Management methodologies, frameworks or tools for example change impact assessments and communication strategy and planning.
- Able to map processes, and through structured tools and techniques identify process improvement opportunities.
- Detail orientated with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to build credibility and influence colleagues at all levels across the organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of core order to cash business processes and systems.
- Ability to work under tight time constraints in an environment of high expectation and pressure.
