Equans is looking for an Assistant Operations Solutions Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
This role provides dedicated operational support across communications, data analysis, and service resilience. This role will support the Operations Solutions Manager in their role in contract growth and long-term renewal success.
What will you deliver?
- Produce and manage regular stakeholder communications (e.g., weekly/monthly updates, service notices, improvement highlights)
- Draft, format and schedule newsletters and internal messages
- Coordinate inputs from operational teams, ensuring messaging is accurate, consistent and on-brand
- Analyse trends and identify drivers of customer experience outcomes; create insight summaries to inform decision-making
- Produce regular performance reports and analysis for operational reviews, governance forums, and leadership updates
- Support continuous improvement by highlighting root causes, emerging risks, and opportunities based on data insights
- Provide hands-on support for routine CX activities during peak periods, holidays, and CXM absence to ensure continuity
- Maintain process governance through managing a central process library, coordinating change control for process updates, and managing controlled communication of process changes & updates to training materials
- Identify, shape, and coordinate business improvement initiatives that improve service outcomes, efficiency, compliance, and customer/stakeholder satisfaction
- Track benefits realisation (time saved, reduction in repeat issues, improved cycle time, improved KPI performance) and help ensure changes stick
- Support implementation of changes by coordinating comms, training notes, and process updates; capture post-implementation learnings
- Coordinate the collection and curation of evidence to support with the renewal of the CSE accreditation
- Support with renewal programme for the CSE accreditation through building and maintain a timeline of activities and milestones to ensure readiness ahead of assessment
