M&E Supervisor

Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team at University of West London (UWL). This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Supervise and lead the Hard FM engineers and external contractors to deliver Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric, and Grounds maintenance including reactive tasks, PPMs (planned preventative maintenance), and installations
• Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate inputs within the CAFM system to ensure contract compliance and service excellence
• Ensure all work complies with statutory legislation and company compliance requirements
• Audit asset conditions, compliance services, and generate documentation with recommendations as needed
• Manage completion of reactive tasks and PPMs, ensuring accurate and timely paperwork and documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and Equans management
• Participate in a 24 hour on call roster providing emergency services outside working hours
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the client and FM teams
• Oversee grounds maintenance team and manage small works as instructed by the client
• Supervise health and safety compliance including COSHH, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
• Work flexibly across all UWL campuses as needed, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Who are you?

• Experienced in supervising Mechanical and Electrical teams within Hard FM environments
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety legislation, and CAFM systems
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors and internal teams effectively
• Customer focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexible and willing to work across different sites within the University of West London contract
• Able to participate in an emergency on call roster
