Senior PMO Manager

Equans is looking for a Senior PMO Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The primary role of the PMO Senior Manager is to support/improve project management standards, processes, and best practices, supporting the Projects Team to deliver projects efficiently, through optimal utilisation of resources, and helping multiple contracts achieve its contractual project strategic objectives.  

What will you deliver?

• Act as a conduit between senior stakeholders and project management team ensuring communication is structured and informative
• Track and report on critical project milestones highlighting risk and successes to produce comprehensive reports which are shared with internal stakeholder to be used to manage external client expectations
• Identify and evaluate project lessons learnt and implement improvement plans
• Monitor, repair, update, improve Project Management System (Portal)
• Explore, develop, and implement project sustainability initiatives which meets both EQUANS and our clients’ aspirations

Who are we looking for?

• Proven ability to build complex Apps using Microsoft Power Apps
• Proven ability to build complex automations using Microsoft Power Automate
• H&S – NBOSH Qualified / knowledge of construction H&S and CDM processes
• Proven ability to be proactive and experienced in leading and implementing change management processes
• Strong negotiation skills to understand and establish responsible and reasonable sustainability initiatives that meet both EQUANS and our Clients aspirations
• Commercial awareness
• Present with confidence
• Understand commercial and financial metrics
• Internal and external customer management
• Knowledge of the construction market
