Security Officer

Equans is looking for a Security Officer to join our team in University Of West London, St Mary’s Road, Ealing, London, W5 5RF, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is an annual salary of £31,077.23 and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Saturdays only from 07:00-19:00 

1 Hour paid Break 

What will you deliver?

The Security Officer will help keep the site safe and secure by carrying out all required security duties. They will provide a friendly, professional reception service and deliver excellent customer service to staff, visitors, clients and contractors.

Who are we looking for?

Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence
• Proven experience in a security or related field
• First Aid Certification
• Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations
• Experience using security systems such as CCTV and access control equipment
• Clear criminal background check
• Customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform security duties
• Conflict resolution skills
• Computer skills
• Training in security protocols and emergency response procedures
