The Health & Safety manager will provide expert guidance to project teams, drive continuous improvement and foster a proactive safety culture in data centers projects.

What you will deliver?
- Promoting a safety-first culture in the business and ensure compliance to the company's Management System. Influence site management on best practice and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
- Carrying out audits and routine inspections to report on the findings and recommendations to project team.
- Advise project and site leadership to align safety practices with business strategy.
- Carrying out accident investigations and report back to project leads and HSQ Director.
- Carrying out Tool Box Talks regarding high risk activities.
- Liaise with supply chain regularly to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Report all Health and safety observations via SafetyLens.
- Lead audits, inspections, risk assessment and management (RAMS, RACE) ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 regulations and internal policies.
- Exercise authority to stop unsafe work and provide expect advice throughout all project phases.
- Monitor, report and analyse H&S performance, incidents and trends and implement corrective action and lessons learned.
- Deliver targeted training and onboarding support and manage records and work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in the management of Health and Safety.
- Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
- Drive sub-contractor performance.

Who are we looking for?
- A Health & Safety professional with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and standards, including CDM Regulations, HSG65 and ISO 45001.
- Able to challenge when unsafe acts or behaviours identified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to write weekly summaries of site conditions.
- Proficient in delivering impactful training to groups.
- Skilled in creating and developing charts and graphs for monthly reports.
- Proficient in Health & Safety data systems with analysis tools and general IT applications including Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, accurate and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Previous construction experience.

Equans Sci-Tech is recruiting an Electrical Estimator to join the team based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit estimating team, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects across Data Centres, Pharmaceutical / Clean Room Environments, Process Engineering & Industrial Works.
As an integral member of the Estimating Team, the Electrical Estimator will be responsible for delivering accurate and high-quality trade pricing. This role involves supporting the full tender lifecycle – from initial pre-qualification stage through the preparation, adjudication process to final submission – ensuring competitive and compliant proposals are developed in line with company standards.
What you will deliver?
Reporting to the Head of Department, and working with Bid Managers and other technical disciplines, the Electrical Estimator will:
- Actively contribute to the team providing accurate and auditable cost estimates
- Reviewing project documentation to develop a clear understanding of project scope and requirements
- Accurately review and/or produce tender documents and drawings, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Work collaboratively with engineers and projects managers to clarify design requirements and ensure estimates align with project specifications
- Have responsibility for the delivery of fully costed and detailed pricing in response to client specifications with appropriate back-up data and audit trail documentation
- Assist in the production and submission of tenders for various clients whilst building relationships with these clients
- Prepare prices and forecast for the projects
- Attend sites visits as required to estimate and produce analysis of the results
- Establish and maintain long term relationship with key vendors
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates

Facilities Supervisor
Equans is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in SOUTHAMPTON COMBINED COURT , SO15 2XQ on a Permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,500.00 - £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
Reporting to the area facilities Manager you will be the leading the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site that keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
As a facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract.
This is a Monday - Friday role, however there is some element of flexibility required with early starts, evening, and weekends. The role requires covering a region and therefore must be able to travel.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential

The Document Controller works closely with Project and Technical teams and take the lead on managing project documentation across multiple construction and refurbishment projects. - Deliver accurate and timely statutory and group financial reporting and other ad-hoc deliverables for the Equans UK Services and certain corporate entities.
- Produce the financial statements for assigned legal entities.
- Perform technical reviews of draft statutory accounts.

- Take responsibility for the maintenance of own technical knowledge and continuing professional development.
- Provide coaching, guidance and support to the Assistant Financial Reporting Accountants.
- Ensure any complicated transactions are identified ahead of the month end and budget input and the treatment is agreed, so there is no delay to the production of the month end results.
- Understand the customer journey and continually look for ways to improve this.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, for example evolve systems so there is less reliance on off system spreadsheets.

Binnen onze afdeling Services werk je aan uiteenlopende utilitaire klussen en kleinschalige projecten bij klanten in de regio. De ene dag stuur je werkzaamheden aan bij een verbouwing van een kantoorpand, de andere dag werk je mee aan de vervanging van een klimaatinstallatie binnen een zorginstelling of school.
Je bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij steek je zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen.
Jij houdt je bezig met het:
- coördineren en uitvoeren van werktuigbouwkundige werkzaamheden
- begeleiden, coachen en aansturen van monteurs
- bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en veiligheid op locatie
- verzorgen van de inzet van materiaal, gereedschap en materieel

Dit ga je doen als Uitvoerder Werktuigbouwkunde
Jij bent als Uitvoerder Werktuigbouwkunde verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van de uitvoering binnen diverse utilitaire projecten in de nieuwbouw en renovatie. Samen met jouw team nemen jullie alle voorkomende utilitaire werktuigbouwkundige installaties voor jullie rekening en hebben jullie aandacht voor klanttevredenheid en veiligheid. In deze rol ben je de verbindende schakel tussen monteurs, onderaannemers, leveranciers, werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding.
Deze projecten worden uitgevoerd bij interessante opdrachtgevers zoals bijvoorbeeld Zuyderland Medisch Centrum, MUMC+, Universiteit Maastricht, APG, Sabic, DSM, Brightlands en Lonza. Ten slotte is binnen de projecten een duurzaamheidscomponent aanwezig waarbij we bijvoorbeeld materialen en installatiedelen hergebruiken of restenergie gebruikt wordt. Zo laten we de wereld beter achter voor onze volgende generaties.
Jij houdt je bezig met het:
- aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs, onderaannemers en ingehuurde medewerkers op de projectlocatie. Je spreekt de taal van de monteurs en weet wat nodig is om het werk praktisch uitvoerbaar te maken. Daarbij houd je ook rekening met verschillen in taal, cultuur en werkwijze
- coördineren van werkzaamheden op locatie en het bewaken van de dagelijkse voortgang, planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werkzaamheden. Hierbij weet je belangen tegen elkaar af te wegen
- afstemmen met werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding, leveranciers en andere disciplines waarbij je een stevige gesprekspartner bent voor projectleiding en opdrachtgever, zonder de verbinding met de werkvloer te verliezen

rol vervult in een unieke samenwerking, gericht op het optimaal ondersteunen van KLM. Je
bent het organisatorische hart van het managementteam: de persoon die overzicht creëert,

Bij 4AMS beheren en onderhouden wij 93 gebouwen op de bijzondere omgeving van
Schiphol. Dat is geen standaard vastgoed, het gaat van hangaars tot datacenters, van
kantoren, business lounges tot een dierenhotel en simulatorruimtes. Alles speelt een
cruciale rol in het proces van KLM. Als bijvoorbeeld de liften in het catering gebouw
stilvallen, dan komen de maaltijden letterlijk niet aan boord.
