  • Du leitest Projekte im Anlagenbau eigenverantwortlich und stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Kosten und Termine im Einklang bleiben.

Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Energie-/Verfahrenstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter – idealerweise im Bereich thermische Energieerzeugung, Kraftwerksbau oder vergleichbar.
  • Freude daran, komplexe Projekte strukturiert zum Erfolg zu führen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern.

Infrastructure Assistant

Role overview

The Infrastructure Assistant will provide broad operational and logistical support across a diverse range of activities within Infrastructure Services in the UK and Ireland. The role is designed to enhance efficiency and optimisation across surveying, environmental consulting, structural monitoring, and ground investigation teams. Additionally, the post holder will play an important role in environmental coordination, monitoring and logistics, supporting site operations through various projects within Equans Infrastructure Services.

Key activities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for all Infrastructure Services teams.
  • Assist with coordination and delivery of surveying, environmental consulting, ground investigation, and structural monitoring projects.
  • Maintain accurate project records and assist with data entry and basic reporting to ensure compliance and track performance.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure responsive and flexible operational support.
  • Support logistical coordination, site visits, and operational tasks to create the consistent and efficient delivery environment that the Head of Operations depends on to maintain high standards.

Skills, qualifications and experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or logistics support role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with surveying, environmental, engineering, or project coordination activities is desirable.
  • Proficient with IT systems, including MS Office and data entry platforms.
  • Strong organisational and written communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to undertake site visits as part of routine duties.

EC&I Apprentice

Join Equans, a leading energies and services contractor and a proud member of the global industrial group, Bouygues. With a rich history of excellence in designing, constructing, and maintaining buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide, we are now offering exciting new opportunity for an Apprentice EC&I Technician to support our technical team at the Leeds Generating Station complex.

Equans Embedded Energy operates multiple customer sites with large-scale embedded energy capacity across the UK, providing specialist management of onsite generation for industrial processes and the ability to export to the Grid. We combine multiple technologies to meet our customers’ specific needs, and provide design, build, operate and maintenance services. Role overview

The EC&I Apprentice will gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical control and instrumentation systems in a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) station. This role provides structured learning opportunities combined with practical application in a critical energy generation environment, helping develop skills required to become a fully qualified EC&I technician.

Key Activities:

 

  • This is an apprentice role, focusing on the development of necessary skills to complete the apprenticeship programme. They will be supported by the onsite technical team with an assigned mentor.
  • Where suitable as their knowledge base increases they will gain responsibilities for the maintenance and calibration of site equipment. 
  • They will work mainly with the site EC&I technician, though will support site operations and other technical disciplines as required to ensure operational stability.
  • Whilst based at Leeds GSC, where mutually agreed there may be opportunity to support other sites within the DES portfolio to both satisfy the developmental needs of the apprentice and the operational needs of the business.
  • The role will encompass the whole facet of maintenance, including planned and reactive works using all tools at their disposal including knowledge gained from others, interpretation of technical literature and drawings and personal experience.
  • Comply with Equans Safe Systems of Work and approved working procedures to ensure safe working.
  • Develop through both academic study and hands on experience, creating a personal portfolio of work to demonstrate they have achieved the criteria required by the apprenticeship programme.
  • Carry out calibration and functional testing of instruments such as pressure transmitters, flow meters, temperature sensors, and valve positioners under supervision.
  • Assist with the installation, commissioning and testing of electrical control systems, sensors and other instrumentation equipment.

Skills, qualifications & experience: 

 

  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics, English, and Science.
  • Demonstrated interest in electrical, controls, and instrumentation technologies.
  • Basic electrical knowledge is desirable.
  • Commitment to safety and health standards.
  • Strong motivation to learn and develop technical expertise.

Survey Manager

Role overview

The Survey Manager will take charge of our engineering survey projects across the UK and Ireland. The postholder will handle the day-to-day running of jobs, making sure surveys are planned well, delivered safely and finished on time and on budget.

The work covers all sorts of surveys – including topographical, measured building, setting out, laser scanning, utility mapping etc. No two projects are the same, so you’ll need to be flexible and comfortable juggling different tasks. You’ll work alongside our project teams, manage subcontractors when we need them, write up fee quotes and give technical advice when it’s needed.

Key activities

  • Run several survey projects at the same time.
  • Plan and coordinate site teams, equipment and resources.
  • Bring in and manage specialist survey subcontractors when needed.
  • Put together quotes, fee proposals and project programmes.
  • Keep track of project progress, budgets and resource use.
  • Talk to clients, project managers, designers and operational teams.
  • Make sure we follow company rules, industry standards and client specs.
  • Check survey outputs and carry out quality assurance.
  • Handle large and complex survey datasets.
  • Support bids and business development where you can.
  • Offer technical guidance to surveyors and project teams.
  • Keep an eye out for new tech and better ways of working.
  • Help the Engineering Surveys team grow and develop. 

Skills, qualifications and experience

  • A degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or similar – or solid industry experience instead.
  • Proven experience running engineering survey projects.
  • A good background in engineering surveying on infrastructure and construction sites.
  • Experience managing several projects at once.
  • Experience leading survey teams and managing subcontractors.
  • Good client relationship and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience writing quotes and fee proposals.
  • A strong grasp of quality assurance processes.
  • Experience processing and managing complex survey data.
  • Good knowledge of total stations, GNSS, laser scanning, and modern survey kit.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Site Manager

Equans is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Norfolk. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

We are looking for an experienced site manager with both internal and external refurbishment experience. You will be working on social housing therefor should have experience in refurbishments with residents in occupation.

Please note a full UK driving license is essential for this role.

 

What will you deliver?

The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities for a designated project, ensuring the company's profitability and client satisfaction. The role involves overseeing project timelines, health and safety compliance, and quality control while managing site teams, subcontractors, and resources efficiently. 

  • Assist the Contracts Manager with project pre-start activities and client meetings.
  • Provide monthly progress reports to the Contracts Manager and client.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, including PPE, inductions, risk assessments, and permits.
  • Conduct scaffold, lifting equipment, and SHEQ inspections, reporting findings as required.
  • Maintain site safety, tidiness, and Health & Safety documentation.
  • Manage defects, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Lead, support, and develop site teams and subcontractors, managing performance where necessary.
  • Liaise with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, consultants, clients, and other key stakeholders.

Stagiaire Ingénieur Projet – Projet Ventilation Grand Paris Express (H/F),

Poste basé à Ivry-Sur-Seine, des déplacements fréquents sur nos différents sites et chantiers en Ile-De-France seront à prévoir.

La Division Transport d’EQUANS offre des solutions techniques innovantes pour accompagner la digitalisation et la décarbonisation des transports urbains et ferroviaires en France et dans le monde.

Elle offre des solutions techniques innovantes pour accompagner la digitalisation et la décarbonisation des transports urbains et ferroviaires en France et dans le monde. Elle est composée aujourd’hui de deux périmètres : Digital & Passenger Expérience (ICOMERA, INEO SYSTRANS) et de Transport Systèmes (INEO UTS, SCLE FERROVIAIRE, TVS, INEO RAIL, INEOLUM).

 

Le périmètre Transport Systèmes, 700 collaborateurs environ, offre les expertises suivantes : activités d’électrification, signalisation urbaine et ferroviaire, ventilation tunnel et les grands projets.

 

Nous vous proposons de rejoindre l’agence Intégration Multitechnique Spécialisée dans l’intégration d’équipements courants faibles et forts dans le domaine du transport urbain, son expertise porte principalement sur les domaines suivants :

Courants faibles : sonorisation, interphonie, vidéosurveillance, réseaux, automatisme, systèmes d’informations

Courant forts : Systèmes de Ventilation

Votre challenge à nos côtés : 

 

Rattaché(e) à tu accompagneras dans le suivi des écarts constatés sur les chantiers de ventilation en assurant la liaison entre les équipes travaux et la direction de projet.

Suivi des écarts contractuels

  • Analyser le périmètre contractuel des projets ventilation.
  • Identifier les écarts entre les conditions réelles d'exécution et les exigences du contrat.
  • Remonter les écarts aux responsables concernés.
  • Participer au suivi des points ouverts et actions correctives.

Gestion documentaire et traçabilité

  • Rédiger et suivre les FMO (Fiches de Modification).
  • Rédiger et suivre les FET (Fiches Événements Travaux).
  • Constituer les dossiers justificatifs : photos, comptes rendus, courriels, constats terrain, plannings, etc.
  • Assurer la mise à jour des tableaux de bord et outils de suivi.

Assistance à la gestion de projet

  • Alerter les responsables travaux sur les risques ou impacts potentiels.
  • Participer à l'analyse des conséquences techniques, contractuelles et financières des écarts.
  • Contribuer au reporting projet et à la communication opérationnelle.

Votre profil :

 

Tu suis actuellement une formation en cycle d’ingénieur généraliste, génie électrique, gestion de projet, travaux, énergie ou équivalent. Tu justifies idéalement d'une première expérience (stage ou alternance) en suivi de chantier, gestion de projet, coordination travaux ou environnement industriel.

Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton esprit de synthèse, ta rigueur, ton sens de l'organisation et ta capacité d'adaptation. Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et sais interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés sur le terrain comme en environnement projet.

Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, tu fais preuve de curiosité, de réactivité et d'autonomie dans le suivi de tes missions. Une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, Word, PowerPoint et SharePoint, est attendue.

Contexte :

Afin d’accompagner la croissance de nos activités, nous recrutons un(e) : Responsable / Chargé(e) d'Etudes Electricité (F/H/X).

Vous rejoindrez l’entité Process Automation d’EQUANS Digital : 165 collaborateur(ice)s – 22M€ de chiffre d’affaires. 

Plus particulièrement, vous intègrerez la structure de Bordeaux, un intégrateur reconnu de solutions d’automatisme, d’informatique industrielle et de robotique basé dans le Sud-Ouest. Nous intervenons, avec nos partenaires de l’industrie 4.0, au cœur des systèmes de production de nos clients.

Au quotidien, vous serez au sein de notre agence girondine (35 personnes) et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable d’activité, qui vous suivra et encadrera.

Vous interviendrez sur des projets d’automatismes et informatique industrielle ou robotiques des plus variés et sur mesures, comme par exemple pour de la production de vaccins dans le domaine pharmaceutique, la création d’usine dans l’agroalimentaire ou encore la robotisation en microélectronique.

 

Vos Missions :

  • Etudes électriques sur les projets confiés.
  • Respect des exigences, des normes, des règlements en vigueur et des spécifications techniques du client.
  • Relevés sur les sites clients.
  • Le suivi de la réalisation ou la réalisation des plans électriques sous SEE ELECTRICAL ou AUTOCAD.
  • Les calculs de câbles sous CANECO.
  • Assistance aux chiffrages de dossiers techniques.
  • Mises à jour des plans électriques après la mise en service des installations sur les sites clients.
  • Maîtrise de la Qualité des prestations exécutées.

Votre Profil :

  • De formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en électricité industrielle ou équivalent.
  • Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience (hors alternance) en études électrique en bureau d'études industriel ou process est indispensable.

Vos Savoir-Faire :

  • Maîtrise des logiciels SEE ELECTRICAL, CANECO et SISTEMA sont requis.
  • Des connaissances ou une formation en sécurité machine seront fortement appréciées et constitueront un réel atout pour le poste.

Health & Safety Manager

Equans Data Centers is seeking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to support a Data Centre project in the South of England.

The Health & Safety manager will provide expert guidance to project teams, drive continuous improvement and foster a proactive safety culture in data centers projects.

What you will deliver?

  • Promoting a safety-first culture in the business and ensure compliance to the company's Management System.  Influence site management on best practice and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
  • Carrying out audits and routine inspections to report on the findings and recommendations to project team.
  • Advise project and site leadership to align safety practices with business strategy.
  • Carrying out accident investigations and report back to project leads and HSQ Director.
  • Carrying out Tool Box Talks regarding high risk activities.
  • Liaise with supply chain regularly to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
  • Report all Health and safety observations via SafetyLens.
  • Lead audits, inspections, risk assessment and management (RAMS, RACE) ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 regulations and internal policies.
  • Exercise authority to stop unsafe work and provide expect advice throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor, report and analyse H&S performance, incidents and trends and implement corrective action and lessons learned.
  • Deliver targeted training and onboarding support and manage records and work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in the management of Health and Safety.
  • Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
  • Drive sub-contractor performance.

Who are we looking for?

  • A Health & Safety professional with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and standards, including CDM Regulations, HSG65 and ISO 45001.
  • Able to challenge when unsafe acts or behaviours identified.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to write weekly summaries of site conditions.
  • Proficient in delivering impactful training to groups.
  • Skilled in creating and developing charts and graphs for monthly reports.
  • Proficient in Health & Safety data systems with analysis tools and general IT applications including Excel and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, accurate and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous construction experience.
  • Ability to work on their own, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of using PowerPoint and preparing presentations.
