Vous êtes un(e) pro du confort thermique et de la plomberie, et vous avez l’art de piloter un portefeuille d'affaires d'environ 1 à 2M€ ? Rejoignez-nous pour donner un coup de chaud à votre carrière!
Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Développer votre activité, de la remise des prix à la négociation finale avec une précision digne d’un thermostat.
- Manager les équipes, tout en restant à la température idéale.
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations et proposer des solutions qui coulent de source.
- Maintenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants et en acquérir de nouveaux grâce à votre expertise et votre capacité à garder la tête froide.
- Réaliser des KPI
- Être garant(e) du respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement,
Votre profil :
- Diplômé(e) en génie climatique et/ou en plomberie, avec un penchant pour les tuyaux et les vannes (les deux types).
- Expérimenté(e) dans la gestion de projets CVC et plomberie, et capable de relever tous les défis, même ceux sous pression.
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, avec la capacité de motiver une équipe.

About the role:
- You will be an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services to customers.
- In response to customer requirement, schedule and coordinate trade personnel, ensuring appropriate specified systems are maintained in line with the requirements of the compliance schedule.

- Manage all inbound phone calls and queries with a high level of customer service.

- Provide general data analysis and cleansing of existing accounts with your Excel expertise.
- Escalate any concerns or issues regarding processes, deployment of technicians and client responses.
- Prepare reports confirming the relevant work deployment performance metrics.
- Process local contract invoicing as per contract terms and conditions.
About you:
- You will have knowledge of Building Warrants of Fitness and the 12a processes.
- Experience with the Pronto Xi is highly desirable but we are willing to train.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills is necessary.
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have a proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables.
- The ability to maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced administration role is necessary.
- You will have superior organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous call centre experience in a service delivery environment is preferred.

Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Swansea Crown Court, St Helen's Rd, Swansea SA1 4PF, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Receptionist
Equans is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Motherwell on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 13:30. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
The role holder will work at a busy reception desk. They will be responsible for sign posting members of staff, public and visitors to relevant services and businesses within the building. They will be responsible for recording and reporting repairs, orders and telephone enquiries, security, keeping both electronic/paper diaries and reporting directly to the property manager.

Shift Electrician
Equans is looking for a Shift Electrician to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and in addition you will receive an excellent shift allowance & benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Working directly to the Electrical Supervisor, the post holder will have the required skills to ensure the safe and continuous operation of mechanical, electrical engineering services and building plant as part of a flexible maintenance team, including specialist subcontractors to deliver work to the highest of standards for our clients.
- The main responsibilities include efficiently and effectively performing electrical maintenance of all relevant assets. Work will be assigned from a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule or in response to a reactive work order raised by our client representatives or our own personnel on site. All planned and reactive tasks will be managed through to completion, including fault diagnosis and sourcing parts where applicable. Must be able to demonstrate that awareness of best working practices and that these are always followed. Additional duties to include, working and managing backlog works, assisting when required for specialist projects.
- Working as part of a wider M&E team, there may be a requirement to undertake other tasks that may not be specifically related to electrical systems.

Who are we looking for?
- Must have successfully completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship and have a proven experience in a similar role carrying out electrical maintenance duties.
- Hospital maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
- Be competent to undertake/assist work on the type of building service systems and equipment for which the appointment is sought.
- Be familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken.
- Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger that may be presented by the work to be undertaken.
- Have an adequate knowledge of and within the preceding three years have received training in first aid (including CPR Training). If not held, training will be given.
- Desirable but not essential to have some knowledge of all the relevant Scottish Health Technical Memoranda (SHTM) and to work within Permit to Work procedures as appropriate SHTM 06 - 01, BSRIA, L8, pressure systems Regulations 2000, etc).
- Must be able to obtain a Disclosure Scotland at a Basic Level

Maintenance Operative
Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Shift Maintenance Operative to join our team providing maintenance at University Hospital Lewisham in Ladywell, South East London. This is a full-time permanent shift based position working 42 hrs p/week on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 07:00 to 19:00, days only.
Key Activities:
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor
- To undertake scheduled, planned and reactive maintenance tasks proactively or as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain buildings in appropriate condition and report to Hard Services management
- Work alone with minimum supervision or within a team to carry required duties as instructed
- Respond to requests generated from the helpdesk and administered by Hard FM Management that are within operator’s capabilities within scheduled periods and accurately complete work order forms before returning as required
- Use Maximo and mobile device for the management of work on a daily basis and complete work within relevant timeframes to ensure that no penalties are incurred
- Immediately report any potentially dangerous situations for rectification
- Working an average of 42 hours per week, 4 on, 4 off shifts, from 07:00 to 19:00 with a one hour paid lunch break; this position will also be required to participate in the on-call rota
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previously have worked in the maintenance or building services industry
- Essential to hold maintenance skills including carpentry and painting and decorating and have basic plumbing or electrical knowledge
- Prepared to take on CP training and responsibilities
- Able to demonstrate strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Committed to health and safety
- Desirable to have COSHH training certification, water treatment training and manual handling
