What you’ll do:

Support the Estates Management in the provision of a 24 hour maintenance service within the site
Assist in completion of PPM’s and remedials on various mechanical equipment such as, but not limited to, pumps, AHUs and motors.
Learn to maintain and repair mechanical systems that keep the site running safely
Work alongside experienced professionals, helping with planned maintenance and fixing equipment.
Develop practical skills through hands-on experience
Gain knowledge about important health and safety standards while providing top-notch service to all staff
Take on new challenges and grow your expertise, with plenty of training and support along the way.
Involves attendance at a local college one day per week with 4 days working on site

Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced site manager with both internal and external refurbishment experience. You will be working on social housing therefor should have experience in refurbishments with residents in occupation.

What will you deliver?

Key activities

Working on heating, cooling and ventilation plant design
An advanced level of understanding of building services (mechanical) design

Role overview

The Environmental and Planning Manager will be responsible for managing environmental and planning compliance with a focus on Section 37 (S.37) throughout the lifecycle of the project. The role will initially serve on secondment for the Kintore to Hurlie 400kV Overhead Line (OHL) construction project as a Planning Monitoring Officer (PMO), a key part of SSE Transmission’s Pathway to 2030 programme.

Key activities

Lead and manage all aspects of Section 37 compliance related to transmission and substation projects..
Prepare, coordinate, and submit S.37 applications, amendments, and associated documentation, ensuring adherence to Scottish planning legislation.
Serve as the main liaison with planning authorities, environmental regulators, landowners, and other stakeholders regarding compliance and planning conditions.
Monitor ongoing compliance throughout construction, identifying and resolving environmental and planning issues as they arise.
Coordinate environmental management plans, assessments, and mitigation measures specific to overhead line construction.
Support site teams by interpreting planning and environmental requirements and embedding them into operational plans and construction activities.
Maintain accurate records of consents, compliance audits, and reporting requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, including community consultations and information sharing.
Ensure smooth transition post-secondment to other Infrastructure Services projects requiring environmental and planning expertise.

Skills, qualifications and experience

Extensive Environmental and Planning Management Experience:
Proven track record managing environmental compliance and planning consents, particularly Section 37 (S.37) applications and related processes within the Scottish infrastructure or energy sectors.
Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks:

Project Delivery Experience:

Electrician (Multi Skilled)

General Overview

Votre challenge à nos côtés :

Rattaché(e) à tu accompagneras dans le suivi des écarts constatés sur les chantiers de ventilation en assurant la liaison entre les équipes travaux et la direction de projet.

Suivi des écarts contractuels

Analyser le périmètre contractuel des projets ventilation.
Identifier les écarts entre les conditions réelles d'exécution et les exigences du contrat.
Remonter les écarts aux responsables concernés.
Participer au suivi des points ouverts et actions correctives.

Gestion documentaire et traçabilité

Alerter les responsables travaux sur les risques ou impacts potentiels.
Participer à l'analyse des conséquences techniques, contractuelles et financières des écarts.
Contribuer au reporting projet et à la communication opérationnelle.

Votre profil :

Tu suis actuellement une formation en cycle d’ingénieur généraliste, génie électrique, gestion de projet, travaux, énergie ou équivalent. Tu justifies idéalement d'une première expérience (stage ou alternance) en suivi de chantier, gestion de projet, coordination travaux ou environnement industriel.

Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton esprit de synthèse, ta rigueur, ton sens de l'organisation et ta capacité d'adaptation. Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et sais interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés sur le terrain comme en environnement projet.

Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, tu fais preuve de curiosité, de réactivité et d'autonomie dans le suivi de tes missions. Une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, Word, PowerPoint et SharePoint, est attendue.

Afin d’accompagner la croissance de nos activités, nous recrutons un(e) : Responsable / Chargé(e) d'Etudes Electricité (F/H/X).

Vous rejoindrez l’entité Process Automation d’EQUANS Digital : 165 collaborateur(ice)s – 22M€ de chiffre d’affaires.

Plus particulièrement, vous intègrerez la structure de Bordeaux, un intégrateur reconnu de solutions d’automatisme, d’informatique industrielle et de robotique basé dans le Sud-Ouest. Nous intervenons, avec nos partenaires de l’industrie 4.0, au cœur des systèmes de production de nos clients.

Au quotidien, vous serez au sein de notre agence girondine (35 personnes) et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable d’activité, qui vous suivra et encadrera.

Vous interviendrez sur des projets d’automatismes et informatique industrielle ou robotiques des plus variés et sur mesures, comme par exemple pour de la production de vaccins dans le domaine pharmaceutique, la création d’usine dans l’agroalimentaire ou encore la robotisation en microélectronique.

Vos Missions :

Etudes électriques sur les projets confiés.
Respect des exigences, des normes, des règlements en vigueur et des spécifications techniques du client.
Relevés sur les sites clients.
Le suivi de la réalisation ou la réalisation des plans électriques sous SEE ELECTRICAL ou AUTOCAD.
Les calculs de câbles sous CANECO.
Assistance aux chiffrages de dossiers techniques.
Mises à jour des plans électriques après la mise en service des installations sur les sites clients.
Maîtrise de la Qualité des prestations exécutées.

Votre Profil :

De formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en électricité industrielle ou équivalent.
Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience (hors alternance) en études électrique en bureau d'études industriel ou process est indispensable.

Vos Savoir-Faire :

Maîtrise des logiciels SEE ELECTRICAL, CANECO et SISTEMA sont requis.
Des connaissances ou une formation en sécurité machine seront fortement appréciées et constitueront un réel atout pour le poste.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Commercial, Rodolphe Poirier, vous êtes chargé(e) du développement du secteur Centre-Est (Orléans, Paris, Reims, Troyes, Dijon, Bourges). Vous portez l’ensemble des offres en lien avec les équipes techniques et auprès d’une grande diversité de clients.

Vous jouez un rôle clé pour faire émerger des projets innovants et bâtir un portefeuille client solide sur un territoire stratégique.

Vos missions :

Prospecter de nouveaux clients industriels et développer un portefeuille d’affaires durable.
Identifier les besoins, proposer des solutions adaptées et accompagner les clients jusqu’à la signature.
Élaborer des offres techniques et commerciales compétitives en garantissant la rentabilité des projets.
Suivre la réalisation des affaires pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.
Négocier et chiffrer les avenants éventuels afin d’optimiser la valeur ajoutée des projets.

Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer régulièrement pour rencontrer vos clients sur votre périmètre géographique.

Votre profil :

Issu(e) d’une formation technique par exemple BUT GEII ou équivalent, vous avez évolué au moins 5 ans comme chef(fe) de projet, chargé(e) d’affaires ou commercial(e) et souhaitez mettre vos compétences au service du développement commercial.

Vous savez comprendre les besoins des industriels et instaurer une relation de confiance durable.

EQUANS France, entité du groupe Bouygues et acteur majeur des services multi-techniques, recherche un Chiffreur Travaux Électricité H/F dans le cadre d’un CDD de 6 mois pour son activité Industrie et Tertiaire. Le poste est rattaché à l’agence Ineo basée à Parçay-Meslay (37).

Vos missions

Rattaché à l’agence et en support des Chargés d’Affaires, vous contribuez à la réactivité commerciale de l’activité en assurant la réalisation, le suivi et l’optimisation des devis. Vous garantissez la fiabilité technique et financière des chiffrages ainsi que le respect des délais de remise des offres.

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

• Réaliser les devis à partir des demandes transmises par les Chargés d’Affaires.

• Étudier les besoins des clients et analyser les dossiers techniques.

• Assurer le chiffrage des travaux et l’élaboration des offres commerciales.

• Utiliser le logiciel Quick-Devis pour la réalisation et le suivi des devis.

• Participer à l’optimisation des solutions techniques et financières proposées.

• Apporter un support administratif et technique aux Chargés d’Affaires.

• Veiller à la qualité, à la cohérence et à la conformité des dossiers remis aux clients.

• Assurer le respect des délais de réponse et des échéances commerciales.

• Effectuer le suivi, le classement et l’archivage des devis réalisés.

• Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et méthodes de chiffrage.

Profil recherché

Issu d’une formation technique ou administrative, vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience dans le chiffrage, l’établissement de devis, l’assistanat commercial ou une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des travaux électriques.

Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des activités d’installation électrique en environnement industriel et tertiaire.

La maîtrise du logiciel Quick-Devis constitue un atout apprécié pour réussir dans cette fonction.

Reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et votre capacité d’analyse, vous savez gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément tout en respectant les délais impartis.
