  • Gestione completa del processo salariale, dall’assunzione fino all’uscita dei collaboratori, per un’area di competenza definita.
  • Inserimento autonomo, preciso e puntuale di tutte le variazioni del personale in SAP.
  • Elaborazione e controllo dei dati relativi al tempo di lavoro provenienti da diversi rapporti di impiego (CCL, regolamento del personale) e dall’applicativo di gestione del tempo RTM.
  • Verifica e corretta gestione delle indennità legate ad assenze per infortunio, malattia, congedo maternità, congedo paternità e servizio militare.
  • Controllo e contabilizzazione dei conteggi delle assicurazioni sociali (AVS, IPG, LAINF, cassa pensione, ecc.).
  • Gestione e verifica degli assegni familiari.
  • Elaborazione e controllo dei conteggi dell’imposta alla fonte.
  • Stretta collaborazione con l’Amministrazione HR e gli HR Business Partner.
  • Consulenza ai collaboratori su tematiche salariali e assicurative.
  • Punto di contatto principale per assicurazioni, autorità e amministrazioni fiscali.

Profil

  • Formazione commerciale o titolo equivalente; una specializzazione nell’ambito payroll e/o delle assicurazioni sociali costituisce un vantaggio.
  • Diversi anni di esperienza professionale in una funzione analoga nell’ambito payroll.
  • La conoscenza di SAP rappresenta un vantaggio.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e del tedesco, sia scritto che parlato, indispensabile per supportare collaboratori e responsabili nelle regioni italofone e germanofone della Svizzera; la conoscenza del francese costituisce un vantaggio.
  • Metodo di lavoro autonomo, preciso e orientato alle scadenze, unito a una forte attenzione al servizio.

Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias)


Equans is looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer with a Mechanical Bias on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package

The role supports a high-profile contract covering London and extending beyond the M25. You will help ensure the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of building engineering services across a complex and operationally critical estate. 

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of mechanical building-services engineering systems and equipment. The role also includes Legionella control and monitoring activities.

What will you deliver?

  • Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks using site schedules and a CAFM system.
  • Diagnose, fault-find and rectify mechanical defects and equipment failures.
  • Maintain accurate plant logs, job records, reports and CAFM updates.
  • Identify parts and materials required for remedial works and provide estimated timescales for completion.
  • Prepare, review and follow appropriate method statements and risk assessments.
  • Carry out Legionella control, monitoring and associated compliance activities.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, correctly and to the required standard.
  • Operate permit-to-work systems and plan mechanical plant isolations and shutdowns.
  • Support helpdesk activities, quotations, condition reports and client requests.
  • Work to contractual KPIs, SLAs, Equans SHEQ requirements and relevant legislation and standards, including BS 7671 where applicable.
  • Participate in a 24/7 maintenance and on-call rota, providing engineering support during emergencies.

  • Ensure PPE, tools and test equipment are safe, suitable, calibrated where required and properly maintained.

  • City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering Services qualification or NVQ Level 2 or higher.
  • Approximately previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a facilities-management environment.

  • Proven experience of leading and managing a large engineering or facilities team.

EQUANS are looking for a Multiskilled Fabric Technician for our Tameside General Hospital contract in Aston-Under-Lyne. This role would be a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:

Based at Tameside Hospital, the Multi-Skilled Technician will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards within Tameside Hospital. They will provide guidance to others on site, showing expertise in Building Fabric and Joinery maintenance. Ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery.

The Technician will have advanced technical knowledge in more than one skill or technology area.

-Ensure workload is planned, delivered to customer specification and agreed service requirement.

-Plan, prioritise and resource projects.

-Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H&S and environmental regulations, and helping us to achieve our H&S targets.

-Diagnose, fault-find, commission systems and monitor facility performance, through PPM programme, identifying any additional works required.

-Ability to work under pressure, take ownership of problems and deal with them to their conclusion

-Install, commission and maintain all plant, equipment and assets maintained by EQUANS

-Working closely with the Fire Strategy to ensure the building elements (Doors/Walls/partitions and penetrations) remain compliant in line with good industry practise.

-Assist with the close out of site inspections for Decoration and building and fabric elements.

-Assist with Lifecycle and major project schemes for pricing and refurbishment

-Purchase/source replacement materials to ensure stock levels remain sufficient.

-Support other Multi Skilled Technicians to enable all PPM’s/Reactive works to be completed

-Flexible working hours required.

-Administer and complete relevant paperwork.

-Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, develop effective working relationships with business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Desirable Experience / Knowledge

•Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Joinery or relevant practical experience within a similar industry would be an advantage.

Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team the London School of Economics on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. 

You will supervise in-house M&E Team Leaders, coordinate direct and contract labour, and liaise with clients, contractors, compliance teams and Equans specialist support services. You will ensure planned and reactive works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and Critical Performance Indicators.

The role also includes contractor control, permit management, performance monitoring, cost control and participation in the on-call rota.

 

What will you deliver?

  • Supervise the in-house M&E Team Leaders and coordinate with contract, compliance, mobile support and specialist contractor teams.
  • Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to the required service standards.
  • Allocate and monitor work for direct and contract labour, maintaining accurate records of activities, costs and completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for contractors and ensure all works comply with Equans health and safety requirements.
  • Arrange materials and services within delegated authority, maintaining appropriate procurement, stock and delivery records.
  • Provide estimates, site measurements and cost-control information as required.
  • Liaise with client representatives to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Raise access permits and review risk assessments and permits to work for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate planned and unplanned overtime with the contract management team.
  • Monitor team performance and absence, addressing conduct and disciplinary matters in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure departmental records and administrative processes are completed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, provide absence cover and coordinate out-of-hours emergency work.
  • Lead the monthly Trust generator test for the building.
  • Undertake Authorised Person duties where trained, competent and formally appointed.
  • Comply with all company policies, management plans, procedures and health and safety requirements.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.
